David at the Leicester Next Mamas & Papas store was absolutely incredible. My partner and I went in with no idea what we needed and no expectations, but David made the whole experience so easy.

We turned up unannounced, yet he took the time to talk us through everything we needed for our baby. He explained how each product worked, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Buying everything for a new baby can feel overwhelming, but David made the entire process completely stress-free, enjoyable, and actually fun. We left feeling confident that we had everything we needed.

We attended a 'buying for baby' appointment in the Maidstone branch, hosted by Alice. And it was AMAZING!
Alice was so welcoming and her product knowledge and expertise were so impressive - she knew how to use every product we requested to see, could advise on the add-ons we might need and gave amazing alternative options to suit our needs (like me needing a lower handle due to my height!), which meant we chose a bundle that makes us feel prepared for our little one to arrive - covering all bases.
We learnt so much information about general baby care too, which I don't think I would have learned elsewhere otherwise.
Also very impressed with the ordering/ payment options, which gave us flexibility to secure a price and bundle without committing to any upfront payment so we can check family contributions (which they can pay directly towards your order via the website by the way!).
Couldn't recommend this FREE opportunity to any other parents more. An amazing, personalised and judgement-free experience.

I had an in store appointment at Mamas and Papas Meadowhall with Selina. She was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and so knowledgeable about the products I had interest in. Highly recommend people to arrange an appointment I wish I had done it sooner :)

I went to the Martlesham Ipswich Store with my Mum, we were served by Kasey. She made me feel at ease within moments, taking time to get to know my requirements and making suggestions based on my individual needs. Her knowledge and confidence with the items was incredible and ensured I knew exactly how things worked and things to consider. Thank you Kasey for your support today and taking the time to show us everything, it was very much appreciated! Will absolutely be returning and would recommend to others.

Great information was given. Rushi at Hayes Lombardy retail park branch was great. He was attentive, patient and demonstrated how to use the essential newborn equipments. As a first time soon to be parents it was really helpful.

The product we selected is ideal for us and we are very glad with the service and the product information.

Went to the Dundee store today and had a 1h30 session with Pauline who took us through the full suite of items we would need for our first baby. She was friendly, knowledgeable and put us at ease.

As for the store - great location and super clean with a wide range of items on show

We had an appointment with Lauren in the shoreham store, to look at a double pram for our growing family. Lauren was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable on the prams we looked at. She also had personal experience with some of them. Lauren was super friendly and helped us chose the perfect pram for us and made the whole experience great.

I had a fantastic experience at Mamas & Papas thanks to Karen and Rachel from Glasgow fort. They helped me choose all of my baby equipment and made the whole process so much easier. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood the different options. They were both incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout. Their excellent customer service made what could have been an overwhelming experience really enjoyable. My husband and I attended a buying for baby appointment today with Dani and couldn’t be more over the moon. I was initially very overwhelmed with the amount of choice available and Dani was so helpful and knowledgeable, we decided on a full travel set and we are so happy with our choice. Couldn’t thank Dani enough for her help. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Tarry did our ‘buying for baby’ appointment and was so helpful, as first time parents we have no clue about anything! She showed us everything from prams to nursery equipment and there were no questions unanswered, very worthwhile. We felt very at ease and Tarry offered us great deals without it being salesy which was fantastic, thank you!
