I recently ordered a Birthday board for my Granddaughters 21st Birthday i was delighted with it when it arrived. it is beautiful will definitely purchase again for other special Birthdays would definitely recommend its my Granddaughters birthday today and she loves it thankyou so much

If I could rate more I would! Ordered a welcome sign, gift bags and table plan for our wedding. The service was fantastic! Due to the pandemic I was constantly changing the table plan even two days before the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. Quality of the products was amazing and they were lots of comments about how beautiful they were. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you so much Mally’s Crafts - you were amazing!!

Mally's Crafts created our favourite welcome sign for our micro wedding last week, and it was just incredible. It told our love story so well and all of the guests loved it - they designed our ring box in rose gold, so together, both items fit our theme perfectly. Would recommend 100x over!

Order itself is beautiful, I ordered a personalised ring box.

Ordered on the 17th March, still not received my order, I’ve asked where my order is various times via email it says in process very very unhappy with the service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THIS COMPANY

Ordered a front door number sign with address on which I was delighted with. As I screwed it to the wall both corners cracked and it fell off! Now it is in the bin.

My daughter ordered a cherry tree plaque for me for mother's day, and I decided would like a stand for it. There are cherry tree plaques with stands shown and is an acrylic base and the plaque fits in sitting straight up.
However when you order a stand.. There is one you are directed to which says only suitable for the cherry tree stand so I paid £4.50 +1.50 for this... Only to receive 2 wee bits of plastic that slot together to make an easel stand, the plaque leans back, you can't read words and no use if little hands can get near. No way if clear I would have ordered this, saw similar on ebay for a lot less but not what I wanted
Anyway despite emails I'm told not misleading but definitely is, the plaque says only suitable for the cherry tree plaque and a size which I obviously didn't think I needed to check as doesn't say there must be 2 thickness of cherry tree plaque depending on whether you order with or without a stand.
Am so disappointed, I have my 7 days to send back but need to pay postage so that will be over £1 so hardly worth it for all I would get back
My daughter ordered this to be a special gift for personal reasons and instead of a lovely thoughtful gift it has turned into a hassle
Don't make the same mistake and pay £6 for something you can get on ebay for £2 (that I wouldn't have ordered anyway)
Misleading definitely. But despite a few emails obviously my fault and no help, people don't get a measure tape out and remember what they have seen so I think an image of what you actually get should be shown if not the same stand as you would get if you ordered with a stand in the first place

I ordered 3 personalised family trees. They came wrapped in bubble wrap and within a slim cardboard box. Two were absolutely perfect, but one came with a spelling mistake (everyone's human!) I contacted Mallys Crafts with the order number and details through Facebook and email. They replied the next day and sent out the correct tree with names straight away. They came on Monday and I had a replacement before Mothering Sunday came! Brilliant , thank you!

I ordered a family tree for my Nan’s birthday. It was reasonably priced, arrived on time and looks so lovely. She was very happy. Will definitely be ordering again for little gifts.

Excellent customer service. The item I ordered was beautiful but unfortunately the stand had a crack in it. I sent an email over and received a reply within 5 minutes and they offered to send a new one out. Beautiful products. Highly recommend. Thank you mallys.

I bought a ring box and a wedding sign from Mally's Crafts. They are absolutely perfect, the quality is brilliant and nothing is too much for them! I made a request to slightly change a design and it was no problem at all. Would highly highly recommend!

Having previously ordered from Mally's Craft I approached them about a bespoke piece to go graveside for a loved one who had passed. Mally was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and the finished product really exceeded my expectations and bought tears of joy to the family.
