Maleskin Reviews 

I ordered £60ish worth of products. No sign of them arriving, no contact from MaleSkin. Emailed them and they said its out of stock and they expect to receive them in their next delivery. I asked them why they're selling items they don't actually have and they said a problem with the system that manages their inventory. Having read other reviews, I suspect Maleskin doesnt keep any stock but rather orders to demand and hopes for the best.

Two weeks later, no items, no contact. I email again, and request a refund. Maleskin respond that theyll raise a refund request.

All in all, either Maleskin have faulty systems all the way through and no manual process for correcting it, or informing customers, such as sending them an email. Or they are a scam, hoping that customers will pay and forget.

Highly recommend NOT shopping here.

I've bought Medik8 products from Maleskin so many times thanks to the amazing offers, and yes there have been occasions where there were delays in shipping but the customer service was by far the best I have received compared to other companies as real humans explain the delay rather than generic bot responses and lengthy waits for a response. It's their customer service and great deals that win my loyalty, I just order my products a little earlier now 🤣

Ordered the same Neals Yard product twice now.
Competitively priced and well packaged when it arrived. Would recommend and order again in the future.

I have used moleskin a few times and have been very pleased. The prices are so cheaper, much lower than the actual shop. I have ordered several molten brown products and have had no issues with them.

The team at Maleskin was very helpful and informed. They had good recommendations for me and provided me with a personable transaction experience.

Great service, quick and efficient

Sometime ago I was bought some hand lotion as a gift and loved it. It eventually ran out a few months ago. As I loved the smell that much I sourced exactly the same brand through Maleskin Premium and ordered the same product, Neal's Yard Remedies Defend & Protection Organic Hand Lotion. Price good, quick and easy service, delivered swiftly, brilliant service all round. I shall be ordering again very soon.

Good company to deal with, best price I'd found and fast turnaround. Usually when you find the best price there's a compromise such as slow delivery. Not here. Also I normally hate getting spammed with emails from business you've made a purchase from. These guys don't unless it's a promo directly related to what you purchased. That's been my experience anyway.

Always count on Maleskin for their availability of top quality products. Good prices and always arrive on time!

Same as everyone else. ordered some products, they never arrived. No response to emails, social media messages and no other way of contacting them to get a refund.

I think they must have gone under. I ordered from this company a year ago and the service was great, however the order I’ve just placed hasn’t been delivered and there is no answer to emails or phone calls. I’d advise against placing any new orders.

I have mad an order. The money has been taken but I have no products. I used their email to send a message but the email came back as spam? There is no other way to contact this company?

Awful customer service, dont reply and not sent my item. Put a claim in with my credit card provider. Wont be ordering anymore!

I order two products only to be emailed to inform they no longer stock the items, they offered me an alternative to which i declined and requested a full refund of £66.00, despite emailing several times to the email address they had sent an email to me, i have had no response and no refund, this is now over three weeks ago. Extremely poor customer service, this was the first time i had used this company, certainly will not use them in future. Please refund my money!!!!!
