One of braclets broke due to bad material
When I return bad to them they said it is my mistake

I never got an update, no tracking number, no follow-up, no replies via email or sms, no answer calls.
DO NOT buy from these scammers.
I placed an online order with Make Vana 3 weeks ago and there has been no follow up information from them plus they don't respond to emails/phone calls/messages so I am getting a fraudulent vibe from them. If i could get in touch with them it'd be different but being unable to contact them (plus they have multiple phone numbers across various platforms) makes it seem like it's a scam.
Terrible customer service and took 6 weeks before receiving the purchase
The seller has not shipped my order even after the 7 days estimated delivery time. I sent a few emails to see why this happen but one body helps me yet. Poor customer service and terrible purchase experience.
