Only ordered from here a few times but…

Only ordered from here a few times but had a positive expierence so far. Items arrive pretty quickly and are generally ok for how affordable they are. Really pleased to see after not visiting the site for a while that most of the items are now vegan.

Customers aren't happy with their shopping experience

I have spent £100's of £'s on this website since I discovered this brand (in 2018, late to the party) & am very brand loyal, I use their brushes, primers, make up, shampoo's, basically everything I use is from there. They used to be brilliant, but since August 2018 it's changed.

The last two orders I have made have been terrible customer services experiences. The 1st 1 at the beginning of Sept, took forever to arrive & there was no response to any request to their customer services as to why my order was just continually showing as "processing." As a loyal customer, I was continually ignored. My order arrived in the end & there was some apology listed on their website to say they had moved to new warehouse & their customer service had been lacking. I guess fair enough, but any move should be planned within an inch of its life & "what happen's if plans written," so staff know what to do. They say it was due to an influx of orders, you are a company, you want orders, you should be able to deal with large volume of customers, people rave about your products, therefore others will order. A bland message on their website after the event (although there are clearly still issues,) is not enough in my eyes. As if you aren't on their browsing, how would you know. I did get a response to my queries eventually via email, but it was pointless, as by that point my order had turned up.

I decided to give them another go, wish I hadn't! This time when my order arrived, this time quicker, it was missing the free gift (I'd only ordered over £30 to get said free gift,) & worse than that - I had ordered some shampoo's & 1 of them the lid wasn't tight, so therefore the rest of my order, which included lipstick & face power, was covered in said shampoo.

I rang the customer service number, very odd, said I didn't know who I needed to speak to, got told I could speak to the person answering phone. Then when I had run through my issues, just got told to send an email with photos to the help email (this is the one that last time I never got a response from for a very lengthy period, despite numerous contacts to that & their twitter account asking for some customer service.)

Said email sent, along with photos (don't know how this shows my mystery gift is missing, but hey ho, it clearly showed my slimey products,) no response! I tweeted to them, got told to send it to someone for their personal attention - no response!

Now maybe I am being impatient & expecting too much to quickly, but with any brand, customers are what keep their company afloat & effective customer liaison is key to getting returning footfall. I feel let down, ignored and most of all hugely frustrated with myself that I decided to give ordering from them another go. I have shampoo ridden goods, no free gift & raised blood pressure from the lack of service that has been shown.

Sadly, I will no longer be using this website. I love their products, but clearly I have been misguided that this brand cares about it's customers & that to me is unacceptable.

On a positive, whenever I have ordered their brand from a well known pharmacy chain they have arrived well packaged & swiftly. But, I will no longer do that, as it is the brand that has let me down, so they don't deserve my hard earned cash.

Terrible customer service, no interest in loyal customers

Terrible customer service. No reply to my email for 5 days so far. Broken items which they grudgingly refund but never replace and seem to act as if doing you a favour by doing anything. Only interested in rapid expansion without doing any groundwork to build a good customer service or employ enough staff to deal with customers. Only saving grace is nice products which should be ordered from Superdrug.com if you ever want to actually receive them. Still waiting to see if anyone ever gets back to me. Apparently if you have Facebook you can 'shame' them into responding on there where they apparently have time to continually placate customers about their poor service. And has been so for years to my knowledge. Avoid. This company doesn't care about customers or loyalty. I have spent literally HUNDREDS of pounds with them but cannot get a reply email. Very upsetting and disappointing.

I have made atleast 21 order in a month…

I have made atleast 21 order in a month with revolution beauty. They do not send their shippinh properly and most of the products i receive is damaged. Today they blocked my orders and told me that they will not send any further order or refund me for any further damages as the shipment is getting broken. They told me they have not heard ahout any broken or damage products from other customer. But in youtube i do see lot of.people claming broken products. They are pushing me to buy from makeup revolution USA site but they dont carry so many products because of their usa policies with chemicals. I tried reaching most of the seniors... all went in deaf ears... truly not a customer oriented company. They will loose business soon
