Bad customer service. Trying to contact them for 6 days, I didn't receive my order. Spent over £40 I am still waiting for 2 weeks. Asked for a refund .... nothing. No parcel, no refund. Awful.

Disaster. Terrible customer service
No communication at all. Have emailed them several time and still no reply. They have provided misleading info about shipping. I have ordered few items on the 9th and was hoping to get them for Xmas but no chance I will get them as they are not replying to any messages.

Miserable service
The shipping was on time, but package not safe enough for international shipping (one item was damaged). And all in all, my order arrived as a "surprise box" ,two items missed, one item changed to a completely different, although of the same brand. The money for the replaced item was not refunded and the missing items not shipped, although promised.
