orderd rd tyres received dirt tyres then thought me and ed had sorted a resoulution and then got this...=We do not operate on Weekends or Bank holidays so this is why you haven't received a response. Can you please open a a return, this will generate you a return label to send the tyres back. It appears there has been a mix up in the manufacturing of these, the label on the pack is correct but the tyres inside are not. Once here we can either refund for exchange the tyres once we have the correct ones, its something we have raised with Louise RC.

then issues me a refund.so again more waiting,,account will be closed down tday will never use this company again, absolute joke

MIBI had the item I needed and although on back order it came in when they said and was dispatched very quickly.

Would have been 5 stars if the courier hadn’t delayed delivery by a day. Product is good, the website is a bit clunky but the price is right.

Ordered an acrowot XL showed as available to order from supplier stock. Paid via PayPal all went well next day full refund. Via PayPal but nothing to explain why the order wasn't filled . An email of a call to give explanation would have been fine if it wasn't available for some reason but nothing at all is not good at all.i used this shop as supposed to have great customer service. I won't use them again.

Ordered 2 input gears one fits one dosent,didnt even fit into the bearing .ok it was a second hand part but it has never been fitted, if your gonna sell second hand parts mabe measure them first i believe this has been sent back because it didnt fit ,and you sent it out again ,bad form i say,

Make it Build it are true to there word, and with in hours of my item being delivered to them. It was on its way to me and received the next morning. Very quick and efficient service, thank you.

I’m a thief
Ordered 4 bottles of 20% SLV when it arrived opened the the box to find 3 bottles upside down long ways alone the box.
Took some photos contacted MakeItBuildIt
they asked for some more photos. I sent them a lot more photos.
They said there was a Sellotape machine in the background there was as I asked my daughter to Sellotape it up before I put it in the shed.
The photos they sent me reassured me that they had definitely sent 4 bottles out somewhere between make it build it and myself one bottle had been removed. I would say the bottom of the box had been cut open one bottle removed and taped up again.
Shipped by DHL no good me contacting them it has to be the sender they didn’t bother. They didn’t want to know. They just said I was the one who removed the bottle end of conversation.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again previously I have had no complaints with many past orders, especially fuel.
