Scammers and Thieves

I ordered the makeup bags at the beginning of December and I've still not received them, absolute scammers and thieves.

WARNING………SCAM COMPANY

I have already written a review but thought I would add to the warnings already given here.
The goods still haven’t arrived and despite numerous requests for a refund for the missing order this is the automated reply you get time and time again.

ORDER MISSING
We have to say sorry that it has been sent out from our warehouse to the shipping company.
Please kindly wait for the updates.
You can wait until the package arrives and also know if you like it or not after you get the package.

Scam scam scam

Same as all the other recent reviews having ordered two make up bags in mid November. Same as others I was overcharged but this was corrected (although you wonder if others hadn’t noticed). I have chased the order so many times and always told condescendingly to ‘kindly be patient’. No updates on tracking, then very old updates, my package has been in Manchester since 15th December ‘apparently’. I am currently reporting them in every way possible and trying to get money back via credit card for fraud. Definitely avoid avoid avoid.

Warning!!! Do not order from this company!!!

If I could give it no stars I would.

First they tried to charge me £8+ extra for my purchase. This was rectified quickly after I emailed them.
Secondly I had no email confirmation of my purchases.
After a few weeks I contacted the support email asking for a refund but they said it had been sent so they were unable.
Then in started to get emails regarding tracking from 20th November (one month after ordering) starting in Lincoln USA.
Emails regarding tracking stopped on December 19th when it said its status was in Lincoln Uk.
Then nothing.
Contacted again 5th January for a refund and yet again they said it was in transit (they had to send another order out as it had been delivered wrongly).
I would not order form these again

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Awful company with awful customer service. Currently filling a refund request with PayPal which is proving very difficult.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased!

Placed an order 17 November for…

Placed an order 17 November for Christmas gift and 31 December it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service non existent and automated. Item is obviously no longer required so a full refund is as they are incompetent at delivering on time. Refusing to refund and keep sending tracking link, which I already had, which constantly just says ‘in transit’ no further detail. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible service.

Packages arrived

I previously reviewed that I suspected was a scan but both makeup bags arrived today. Both are as advertised and very pretty. Also a good size. Ordered pink and green. Very pretty. The email updates on tracking did little to make me think it would come but it did. Over a month for delivery to Ireland.

Company is a shambles

Pity you dont go lower than zero. Ordered make up bags for two granddaughters as part of Christmas present. NO SHOW----dont tell you they have to come from U.S. Have been regularily chasing their support team, who keep saying status has been updated, When you check latest update it contradicts what previous update says. The company seem like a complete shambles. Would i use again---DEFINITELY NOT. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM-----NOT TO MY WORST ENEMY,

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. Same as other two makeup bags ordered in November. Delivery updates given and assurance they would arrive. According to delivery up dates was supposedly in Birmingham, and strangely no further updates. I would urge Instagram to remove these people.
