its just a scam i wrote AN EMAIL TO TELL THEM THAT IS NOT WORKING THEY IGNORED ME LOOK AT THE EMAIL : I am writing to express my intense frustration and anger regarding the Ultimate 2.0 robot. Despite countless attempts and various methods, the motor and self-balancing features have consistently failed. This is completely unacceptable for a product of this caliber and for the investment made.

I demand an immediate and effective resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will 100% share my negative experience online, making it widely known.

I will not hesitate to expose the persistent issues and the lack of support, ensuring that other potential customers are fully aware of the problems I’ve faced. I expect a detailed and immediate response, as well as a concrete plan to rectify these issues once and for all.

Please understand that my patience is running thin, and I am determined to ensure that this matter is resolved effectively. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and act accordingly.

Unreliable, absolutely not recommended.

A part on my kid's mBot broke (totally our fault) and I reached out the customer service email to see if it could be repaired. Not only was it repairable, they included the spare parts with the kit, and sent a very helpful video to walk me through the operation. Excellent quality product, and service to match.

Makeblock's robots are great and the customer service is outstanding! My daughter broke one of the sensors and they sent us a new sensor for free right away and responded to all our emails quite quickly. Really enjoy the product and the interactions with the Makeblock team.

The mBot2 is a fantastic robotics kit! It's easy to use, fun to program, and well made. I love that most of the parts are metal. When one of our wheels broke, MakeBlock's customer service was outstanding—they responded quickly and sent a replacement without hassle. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

My grandson's robot vehicles (mBot-Ranger and mBot-Mega) were defective and needed spare parts. The procurement via the customer contact went smoothly and competently. The service is really exemplary and super fast. I have never experienced this with any other company before. Keep up the good work!
I have always been happy to recommend your products and will do so even more now.

My children (7, 10) are learning robotics with mBot2 and Codey. We are very satisfied with robots and software. The software is very comprehensible for children. Customer service is very rapid and kind.

I bought the mbot and it's exactly what it claims to be. The hardware is solid and easy enough to be assembled by a 10 year old. The software is pretty good too and easy to learn and quickly do advanced stuff.

I was also pleasently surprised by the support service. I had an issue and they responded fast and diligently, helping me identify a mistake I had made.

My son had lost a part to his neo robot and they made it so easy to get the part ordered. They were also very quick to respond. This is only place I want to go for robot projects for my son.

The customer service was very rapid. They responded
by email within one day. They were patient and fair.
They sent me some replacement parts for my mbot2.
The only criticism is that the tutorials need to be better
organized and in a better order. Also, more wiring
diagrams ESPECIALLY for the ultrasound2.
Overall 5 stars for a good product and good suooort.

Got the first kit this month for my son, very well organized. Quality is great. Had questions on some of the pieces that didn't match the catalogue, but the customer support was quick to respond in the same day or the next day.

Customer support made it easy to communicate with them and helpful with directions and attachments.

Most importantly, my son is having a great experience.

Love the product great service was missing parts and they shipped me them asap my kids love it will definitely buy more stuff in the future

I bought the Makeblock product mbot2 neo from Amazon. The product was delivered in a nice package and the quality of the product is top class. Each part is sturdy and the instructions are clear to follow. I let my 8 year old to build the robot while I was helping him with the screws. My 8 year old felt easier to follow the instructions to build.

There are many tutorials available in youtube to follow and my kid & I did few presets and they worked amazingly well. My kid plans to make most out of the robot programming in his summer vacation.

The after sales support is also really good with immediate responses. I have to get a motor replaced and order was placed for me immediately. I am very much satisfied with the the customer support
