I spoke to Randle at the store who was super helpful and went out of his way to help me. Great customer service Randle and 5 star assistance.
Unfortunately, when the £90 Winter wheels arrived in a battered box, it looked like they had been handled poorly with brown tape around the corners and across the bottom.
On carefully removing the tape and opening the box, it was apparent these had been used and returned!
I paid for them as a new item, so very unhappy. Returns process looks dire.
Will update the review once I have initiated the returns process - Fingers Crossed !!!

This company is difficult and do not want to give a refund, replace items or help under your “12 month warranty” that doesn’t exist.
Excuse after excuse.
Playing golf and my driver and 3 wood snapped and wanted picture evidence. Sent evidence then wanted more. Then deemed it damaged outside of golf and then wouldn’t listen to anything I said after that. Kept getting repeat responses saying the same thing in different ways.
No help what so ever.
YOUR WARRANTY ISNT A THING! You will not get any help if you damage your clubs.

Staff in Huddersfield are very helpful, often the cheapest place for what we’re looking for and stock a decent range of clubs, and clothes. Placed a custom order and it arrived quickly and they were quick to contact to arrange collection, much better than other companies.

I bought a full set 7 months ago , yesterday my 8 iron snapped while taking a shot. I contacted major golf and straight away they did not want to know , just saying it was my own fault and their clubs don’t break where mine did . Well it did ! Do not use after care is disgusting . You think a set of clubs would last longer than 7 months . Please do not buy your equipment from these . I should copy and paste the reply I had really .

Had an iron fitting at Major Golf’s Huddersfield store with John. I went in very open minded with what I wanted, and John ran through all options around my price range. It was a thorough process and after I was very happy with my TaylorMade Qi irons I got. They came through in less than a week too. Highly recommended.

Wasn't overly keen on what they had on offer so didn't make a decision. Bought a £7 glove and was asked to leave it at the till so I didn't have to "carry it around". I might not be made of money and drive a Tesla or an Audi but the member of staff in a golf shop to make me feel untrustworthy over a £7 glove. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I've seen the negative reviews, but I've just ordered a trolly and accessories. they called me in minutes to inform me I had ordered one item I didn't need and would therefore refund and to check another as it was also included as free gift/offer.
We will see if the items arrive but you can not fault the exceptional service so far - Now for DPD to not lose the item! I will update if there is an issue but I don't expect one.

Ordered the under armour WIDE FIT draw 2 spiked golf shoes.
They were the narrowest shoes of any type I have ever bought.
Major Golf have refunded but not the postage either end.
They are supplying the item as not described surely they should pay the postage
Very fast delivery
Ordered some new clothing Tuesday morning, and had them delivered by Wednesday. Competitive pricing and the fastest delivery of the online golf stores I've used in the past. Can't fault them.
The staff was very rude and impolite
The staff was very rude and impolite. When asked whether we could try different golf clubs on a simulator a salesman made up a reason to disallow us to test clubs.
The salesman treated us like a bunch of children, not showing any respect, giving very short and dry answers to our questions and offering to buy the cheapest clubs, as if we were homeless.
The shop has a wide selection of golf travel bags, so we ended up purchasing some. Still, the salesman demonstrated that he didn't want to sell anything to us without any logical reason for that. We tried to be as polite as possible.
I don't recommend visiting the store until their attitude to their customers.

Recently engaged with John at Major Golf Direct. I had bought some Adidas 360 Tour Golf shoes last November
(2023) as a Christmas present for my son. He thought they were a good a fit but realised last week (before he wore them on course) they were a bit snug. The Christmas return extension had run out but when I explained to John the circumstances he said to return them to MGD. I posted Monday morning and 1st post Wednesday I received the next size up. Exceptional customer service. Had already used MGD many times before but will now always be first port of call. Highly recommended very professional and friendly service.
