Really bad customer service

I placed an order in this site and I had a terrible experience; the order was made at the end of January and until today I didn't receive it, on the site they state delivery will be in 5-10 days, the real problem is that they do not respond to my emails nor Facebook messages in order to provide a tracking number! Today, 15/02, I do not have the certenty that my order was shipped, I don't know if is in transit, I don't when it will arrive or if it will arrive. I'm being put in the position of issuing a charge back on my card because the people who work for this company do not give a damn about their customers! I really hope this review will help people and that they will think twice before placing an order with them!
