Avoid this company

I ordered 2 Molton Brown gift sets from this company. They took my money on the day I placed the order but the goods have still not been dispatched. I would not recommend ordering from this company again.

I ordered a Beanbliss espresso machine…

I ordered a Beanbliss espresso machine online 22nd December and paid for it then.
I did not receive an order confirmation email, and the tracking email I received states the tracking number does not exist. I have emails mailshoponline to ask what has happened, but there is no reply.

These are scams. I shall try to get my money back from my bank.

Avoid the sofas advertised here

Do not buy any leather sofa advertised in the Mail Shop. I bought a so called leather sofa through this advertiser and wish I hadn’t bothered. Coated leather is peeling, no way to complain as the parent company, KH Direct, has gone into liquidation so no way to get a refund.

Site is a scam ordered a christmas present on 21 Nov tracking said out for delivery on 23rd December didn't turn up checked tracking again on 24th says tracking number does not exist no present thanks useless robbing bastards

I saw in my inbox that my items were delivered. They were NOT delivered! AM614853610CN

Customer Service was worthless!
They claimed my order was delivered to the right address, so I needed to resubmit an order with the RIGHT address! I'm NOT ever ordering anything from them again 😒

Customer Service non existent

Wrote informing them that only one of the freesias purchased came up and that was blind (I planted 50!) and one of the plants was a great disappointment. On contacting them they said they would replace but ONLY if I sent £6.99 postage. Honestly what a scam/money making exercise .... really disappointed that the Mail associates themselves with this activity.

You get what you paid for-Rubbish

Bought 4 patio roses,2 too short,they claim min 60cm,1 was not that even including the roots.On 1, Single grafting led to an arc of 60% rather than 360% so no good for a display.1 very bent root stock .Only when flowered found all were wrongly colour labeled and no yellow and 2 red.All suffer from types of leaf disease,not insects-yellow,browning,whitening like ivy .etc.Not to be recommended.

I ordered 2 Petunua hanging baskets and what I received was absolutely disgusting, they were totally dead, nothing like what was advertised, I feel insulted that they would send them out like this. It’s annoying that there is only a email address no phone number, I went on the hunt and found one 0844 5020050 if anyone else needs it.

Poor quality plant.

Ordered a Sunflower plant which when it finally arrived was in a very poor condition. The box was ripped open and soaked. The plant was out of the pot and torn from its roots in the plastic bag that it came in, the flowers were either dead or almost so. I dead headed the poor thing, repotted it, fed and watered it - maybe it will survive, maybe not.
On contacting the firm, I finally got a reply days later asking for photos! What a pointless request, when I had already informed them of what I had done to try to revive the plant!!! I have had plants from them in the past which were satisfactory.
I have to say that I have upgraded the review by another star as customer service has accepted my concerns and is sending me a new plant.
New plant arrived this morning in great condition, repotted and it looks lovely, can't wait for it to fully bloom. Upgraded by another star.

Bought 2 fruit trees

Bought 2 fruit trees, both arrived dead. Only response to company is to constantly ask for photos which I in term constantly send them. If this organisation is linked to the Mail then I recommend they dump them because the service is terrible.

purchased a 21L wine cooler

purchased a 21L wine cooler. it isn't cooling so there is a fault . Have tried and tried and tried dialling telephone numbers on Mail shop literature and Item brochures, to no avail, I only want to ask a human being how or who can solve my problem. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE OF SPACE. YOURS BY AN 85-YEAR-OLD CUSTOMER.

Be careful of the You Garden offers.

Ordered a box of Cool wave pansies on offer as buy 10 get 10 free. Only 10 arrived. When I queried why the second set was missing I was told I hadn't added a code, despite this code being part of the website address given to access the offer. They agreed I could have another 10 plants if I paid a further £6.99 for postage. I declined. Sharp practice in my opinion.

I went to order some plants on a special deal and the order said £6.99 delivery but by the time I had filled everything in and was about to complete order the delivery charge had gone up to £12.99! Why? I cancelled the order.

Absolutely appalling experience from…

Absolutely appalling experience from beginning to end I will never buy anything from Mail plants again. I am disgusted that I have rung 4 times spoken to 4 different people and had to repeat everything when it was quite obvious they knew what my complaint was about.
