While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Intuitive and uncluttered tool where I can work productively instead of clicking through many menus to create one flow or send one email.
Also an extremely attractive pricing for startups - you can start for free.
100% GDPR compliant as it's located in Germany.
It's still a relatively young product and company. Where I found a minor bug or two the communication was direct, the founder Marcus replied himself, and the issue was resolved quickly. And when I deleted contact information on accident - 100% my fault - Marcus helped me quickly, very late in the evening.
The company is very commited to a simple, but powerful product and dedicated to direct, human customer support.
I'm a new user, but this is excellent so far. Faster, easier to use and less pedantic in most respects than MailerLite, and cheaper than many services. When I first posted this review a day ago, I gave a lower score, because the search function was taking 80 seconds to find a single subscriber in a list of only 3000. But I received a quick response to my report of this, and a commitment from Maildroppa to look into this and address it as quickly as possible. They fixed the problem and updated me on it about 24 hours later, on a weekend. The search is now almost instant. All up I've tried Mad Mimi, MailChimp, MailerLite, MailGun, and Maildroppa, and for me, Maildroppa is the best of these. Mad Mimi was good but too basic. MailChimp was OK but had some weird navigation and was expensive once over the free limit. MailerLite I felt was better organised than MailChimp but had painfully slow-loading pages and callous support. MailGun was a horrible mistake, and seems to be designed to work as differently as possible from a normal mass email service. Maildroppa is the only one since Mad Mimi that I've enjoyed using.

I switched to Maildroppa from another platform around 3 months ago. It has all of the automation features that I need but it's also very simple. I'm saving around $30 a month for a product that's better and easier to use. The support is also great if you ever need anything.

I started with maildroppa for my new website. The system is super easy to handle, I like it a lot! I had a very specific question though and was delighted to see how fast Marcus (the owner) responded to it. Super happy with the tool and based on the speed the roll out new features I think they will be soon one of the big players in the field.
