The MailBeez system is a dream setup! It was VERY easy to install and configure and once that was done, it was literally set to autopilot! Since it was installed, I have much more reviews (more reviews = more trust worthy), winning more customers (increasing conversion of the lost carts) using a small incentive. Most important of all, its ALL AUTOMATED! This part alone is worth its price which is FREE!.

I am already moving on the the premium systems including TrustPilot integration as well as a few more :)

If you are an OsCommerce based store owner (CRE Loaded, Zen Cart, OS Max etc) then this is a system that you MUST install (Its FREE) and if you wish to increase your revenue (Christmas period is upon us) then its critical!

One last thing, the support is fantastic! That is also very very important!

I use MailBeez for 3 months now in all my 3 stores (CRE Loaded Pro and B2B Platforms). It has brought a tremendous improve to the way I relate with my current customers.

The install was kidsplay. The easy to follow instructions enabled me to customise the email design and content easily, even if my php/html knowledge are limited. The simulation mode enabled me to test before I start the campains, thus avoiding enoying my customers.

The modules: the Review module has increased with 460% the reviews in comparison with the same period last year. The Birthday module is nice received from my customers. The No Purchase modules has brought lots of customers back in the store, they seem to surf quite intensly the pages when they come, but there weren’t any conversions registered. The Review on Facebook, Winback modules have failed to bring something, but I am thinking of including the Winback Advanced (coming soon) and to start a coupon campain to try to bring back the old customers.
I use the Simple Trottling Filter to avoid sending too many emails at once and to be from the email providers (Yahoo etc) as spammer considered. I am very pleased with this module. The little reports modules (Review-o-meter, Winback-o-meter and Beez-o-graph) give you nice statistics on the performance of your store at a glance.
This concludes my review of what I consider a great addition to any online store. Keep up the good work!!!

First of all. Mailbeez is really great piece of software. I ask a owner of mailbeez for some functionality and must say, that the cooperation with him is excellent too! Clever and hard worked guy! Work was finished in time. Communication is excellent too. My satisfaction is 100%.

This module makes it easy for ecommerce business to keep up with customers birthdays and very easy to navigate. Would trade it for the world.

MailBeez was easy to install around 20 mins, has a stack of features to keep us in contact with our customers, super nice touches like birthday reminders and TrustPilot integration. To top it all of the UI is great and it's free! WOW more like this please.

Easy to install, and works. What is most impressive, at least to me, is perfectly formatted the email is on the receiving end. Being able to send review requests to customers with their recent purchases listed, is just plain awesome and it's simple to do.

..but unfortunately with some cons:
no multi-lingual interface,
bad documentation
poor templating.
Improvement expected
... sorry folks, I have to downgrade to 2 stars since the cronjob does disabled jobs. I disabled the review mod, but nevertheless the cronjob sent the mails. that's no go.

I haven't added a lot of add ons to my OSC store, simply for the fact that a lot of them are too complex and not compatible with others. This was simple to install, set up and customize. The add on is ready to go out of the box... but again.. I've customized the modules to do exactly what I wanted. Very professional mailing system - clean - simple - and WORKS! Looking forward to the endless possibilities this add on has to offer. Thank you.

Really impressed with this module and its working after just a couple of days. People are coming back and leaving us very valuable feedback.

Before Mailbeez, we used to dream of sending out more targeted marketing based emails to our customer base. Now we actually have the Mailbeez system in operation, all of this is now a reality. From reactivating old customers with tempting vouchers for their next purchase, to harvesting Trust Pilot business reviews, Mailbeez allows us to not only generate more revenue from our existing client base, but also to develop a relationship with our customers, beyond that of a normal store. Already we can see that Mailbeez is significantly adding to our revenue, and as a small business frequently obsessed with gaining a percentage here and there, I would say it is an essential system for any online store.

Documentation is scarce but once properly configured, this module really works.

Really do a lot more in my selling. Thank you very much, Specially in Birthday Reminder and very nice contacts with my customer.

The basic MailBeez add-on filled an important need for me and it is terrific. I needed to go a step further and requested a custom-made module from the developer based on the MailBeez platform. His work, customer service, and follow-through has been fantastic.

This is one of the smartest contribs Ive ever seen for oscommerce, and beleive me ive seena few! Huge potential to increase ROI on an existing store with little to no effort on the part of the storeowner once its setup

A very useful oscommerce contrib. to generate revenue & to communicate with customers. "A MUST HAVE FOR OSCOMMERCE STORES".

Easy to use software. Very useful. But still can't go live as even in newer version is no template selection per country code.

The software that they do is very usefull and easy to use.

The installation of the last 1.5 version was very simple: in just 2 minutes I was able to test all the modules. No configuration is needed for the modules to work, except for the creation of an ad hoc template for emails.
Very good application with a lot of modules available!
