I've been using Magnific (former freepik.com) for at least a decade, initially for vector graphics and some templates on a premium subscription plan.
The platform has evolved over the years into a complete source of creative tools, graphics and (lately) AI intergration!
Keep up the good work :)))

Very helpful platform for Graphic Designer like me working abroad. But one thing I comment. Sometimes my command does not follow for specific keyword and AI decide in his own results. But 80% of what I asking is given in order to get what I need.

As an AI Creator, Magnific is currently my primary professional tool and supports the vast majority of my creative workflow. The platform is constantly evolving, with new features and improvements that make it increasingly powerful and effective.
I genuinely have nothing to complain about. My experience with Magnific has been excellent, and I look forward to continuing to work with the platform for many years to come.
I paid for a 1-year Unlimited subscription because your company advertised it as unlimited.
After only a few months, my Unlimited access was suspended under the Fair Use Policy. I accepted the review process and contacted customer support immediately.
That was over two months ago.
Since then, I have sent more than 20 support requests. Every single time I receive the same generic response. It feels like nobody is actually reading my case. I have never received a meaningful explanation, evidence of any violation, or confirmation that a real person has reviewed my account.
I have repeatedly asked one simple question:
If I violated your Terms of Service, tell me exactly what I violated. If I did not, restore the Unlimited service that I paid for.
Instead, I continue to receive copy-and-paste replies while my paid subscription remains restricted.
Selling a 1-year Unlimited plan and then removing Unlimited access after only a few months without resolving the issue for over two months is unacceptable. Calling it "Unlimited" while preventing paying customers from using the service is extremely misleading.
At this point, I feel that I paid for a service that I am no longer allowed to use, while customer support refuses to provide a real solution.
I ask Magnific to have a real person review my account and either restore my Unlimited access immediately or provide a clear and specific explanation for why it remains suspended.
Until then, I cannot recommend this service to anyone considering an annual Unlimited subscription.
I've been using Magnific for over 3 months now, and I've watched Freepik evolve from photostock into something much bigger. They've gone from digital assets to PSD tools to full AI integration...it's genuinely impressive.
What sold me on Magnific is how practical it actually is for real work. The canvas interface just works; it's intuitive enough that I'm not wrestling with the tool. Image generation is solid; it understands what I'm asking for and delivers outputs that feel intentional, not generic.
But what really sets it apart for me is the animation frames feature. Being able to generate or upscale sequences rather than just static images opens up completely different possibilities for our projects. The editing capabilities let me refine generations without starting over; I can actually iterate, which saves hours.
And the upscaling? It's doing real work, not just pixel stretching. The detail enhancement actually looks like someone understood the image and filled in the gaps intelligently.
Honestly, every other tool in this space feels like they're playing catch-up.
Most are just copying feature checklists. Magnific feels like it was built by people who actually use these tools for production work.

I've been blown away by how good magnific is. The interface is clean, the speed is great, and the quality is top notch. Highly recommended!

This company has gone downhill after magnific merge. There are so many bugs that make it impossible to get anything done these days.

This has been a magnificent experience, very easy to execute. Some commands, names, or expressions are not easily recognized, but details such as colors, shadows, objects, and background are excellent.

I am updating my review to one star after receiving the final outcome of my support case.
I contacted Magnific with a specific question about my subscription and unused credits. Instead of addressing what I had actually asked, I received the exact same irrelevant template response from the same support name, Edgar, several times across multiple cases.
Eventually, Carla properly reviewed the situation, acknowledged that I had received repeated template responses, apologized for the time I had wasted, and said the issue had been flagged to a supervisor.
However, Magnific declined to offer any goodwill gesture, despite acknowledging the poor support experience. The only practical suggestion was to cancel automatic renewal, use the remaining credits before the subscription ends, and continue checking the newsletter for future discounts.
I was disappointed, but I accepted that this was the company’s final position.
What happened next was even more concerning.
After I replied to Carla, Magnific automatically opened another new case. Within approximately five minutes, I received yet another email from Edgar that was word-for-word identical to the previous template responses—the very problem I had just been told had been escalated to a supervisor.
Carla later sent a proper response, but this experience left me seriously concerned about Magnific’s customer support system. Whether “Edgar” is a bot or an agent sending automated templates, customer messages are clearly not being read carefully before replies are sent.
The issue is no longer simply that my request was declined. It is that I spent considerable time repeatedly explaining the same situation, received irrelevant duplicate responses, and was offered no meaningful consideration after Magnific acknowledged that its support process had failed.
A company selling creative tools should pay much more attention to the customer experience surrounding those tools.
P.S. After this happened, I sent Carla one final email specifically asking Magnific to review this repeated-response problem. That email opened yet another new case—and Edgar once again sent me the exact same template response. At this point, the support system is repeatedly demonstrating the very problem I was reporting.
I have a free plan, and who knows, maybe I'll upgrade, but for now... I liked the image it generated. Very cute.

A payment for Enterprise Education - Magnific was done since 30 June 2026 for an amount 4000 Euro, several emails were sent to ai-partnerships, Guadalupe Sanchez Cotrina, Preena Godhwani, María Villalba Hernández but no email response has been obtained yet, message was sent via online suppose but no response yet. This seems a very BIG FRAUD. They do not even have a telephone number, where I can report this fraud. Thank you

Scam!!! They stole money from me with their extra credit system. I was forced to cancel my subscription to be able to switch to the cheaper one 15 seconds later because Magnific wouldn't let me. So I lost 70k credits (≈$80) due to their deceptive tactics. Never use these scammers!

The idea is cool, the execution bad. Too buggy, I think the rushed the image and name change. Agent implementation is bad, it is a layer of Gemini - they didn't change the way it speaks, if you use Gemini regularly you will catch immediately and if you ask, the agent will confirm it- and it just works on top of the models and tools and does the same stuff that you can do without any additional control, it is not engrained into the models, so when you ask it to do an image or a video it basically writes a prompt and send it to the model, and is (I promise you) worst than you at prompting, it does not work as well integrated as Google flow's own agent on their own platform. This agent is prone to endless loops, it entered one in one of my requests, because it didn't manage to accomplish what I asked, it did understand what I wanted, but kept trying as the results of its prompts where not getting the desired effect. I had no way to stop it on the same chat, so it took me some time to figure out that the solution was to open a new chat and in the new chat the agent was able to stop the loop initiated in the other chat. Fortunately the agent did acknowledge that I didn't ask it to try endlessly, that it wasn't the intended outcome and provided the image IDs of the ones generated in the loop. Customer service was a whole other topic, their AI agent created the case (well, we needed to create 2, didn't get the first one right) and few days later I received an email closing the case as they had high volume of contacts (no surprise there with the bugs going on) and that if it wasn't solved I should reply to that email, as if could have solved by itself. Few emails back and forth, which to be fair from there on were quite fast, and I had to provide AGAIN all the context and screen captures for the issue and then they -also to be fair did great- not only returned the consumed credits, but they just did reset the whole month and I got all credits for my plan again. That was a very nice gesture, credit to them on that, that's why I give them 3 stars, if not it would have been more likely 2. Anyhow, let's see how they go in time, but I think they should have been more cautious and take more solid steps even if they needed to slow down. Apart from this, there are more bugs, like trying to get a specific frame out of a video, it results on a completely black image, among other stuff. some implementations are clunky and sometimes the credits you will spend in some tasks are not clear. The use of some models is not as well implemented as in their own webs, so you can't use their capabilities in full.
