Wrong address and damaged packaging
The product itself is very good. No problems there so far. However the delivery system needs improvement as it was sent to the billing address, not the shipping address. Then when it arrived, the packaging was damaged so it obviously was not handled with any care.

I didn't believe anyone would make a 2mm dia, 1mm magnet, and there it was, on the site. Sensible price, good packaging, fast delivery.
My only concern was the lack of a safety warning on such small objects. There have been serious problems with people swallowing small magnets, and I think a simple warning on the packaging would help
