As you may know, the purchase was identified as a possible fraud and payment was refunded within 24-hours after request for verification from the issuing credit card company in the Netherlands was rejected. We followed-up with an email and requested a telephone call to obtain secondary confirmation for the purchase, however, we were unsuccessful in obtaining a verification for the order.
We value our customer's security and credit card information very seriously and I wish to extend my apology if we did not match your expectations. I will continue to review the online purchase process to find better ways to verify unique orders. I am sorry we were unable to complete the verification.

I ordered a power supply with the 4 fused outlets and a 1200 lb magnet. Products
were well packaged and arrived within a few days. While I am somewhat familiar with door magnets, this is first one I installed. Install was easy with provided drill template. Would buy again.

We had a emergency need for a lock that we found at Maglocks.Com. I placed a call and we had the lock the next day like promised. When I ordered it online I ordered two on accident. They credited the second lock the next day and only shipped me what I needed. The staff was supper friendly. I would use this site again.

We received our shipment and more than half of the shipment came up missing with evidence of tampering.
We called Maglocks and they were very responsive and pleasant to work with.
They replaced all missing equipment very quickly.
When you have questions about how to install their products, they are very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process.
