Received the order quickly. Had one small configuration question, and called support and they answered in just about a minute. Install was successful, and very satisfied!

It’s only been a couple weeks, but so far very happy with the lock. It was installed on large swing gates that my large dogs would force open. I have tried to pry open myself forcefully and have been unable to. Again works very well

Maglocks was very helpful with required options. I had to return a part that was not required on my application and they made it really easy.

Instructions could have been a little more simpler, after watching a couple of video's finally made it work. Oh yea, and when we called the Rep at Matlock he was rude as could be, but helpful!

Very happy with key fobs, no issues at all over the 3 years we have purchased for our church gym!

Lock was shipped and did not work properly. Technical services stated that they did not know anything about the lock and connected me with tech services for the manufacture who was unable to get the lock to work consistently. I sent the lock back to maglock in accordance with their instructions and they confirmed receiving it. It has been several weeks and I have still not received a credit to my account and they have not returned my calls.

Good products at a reasonable price. I've placed 5 or 6 orders with them and they've always shipped same day. You can also get live product support without a "contract".
