I bought this item the end of August and I regret not reading the reviews as this particular item has terrible ones . I had wore it not more than 10 times max and its totally tarnished . I have been emailing with a Lea ( whom I think is in the Philippines) and besides taking like a robot and telling me that she is sorry and answering in the middle of the night US time she is not helping . I had my two grandkids names engraved and the 90 days refund policy does not work . I needed for this issue to be resolved before I flew to Colombia where I’m going to be until the end of November but the issue was not resolved. The company ( through this Lea person ) wants me to pay $15.00 to have the item repaired, wrote to Lea as I don’t want the item repaired I want my money back for false advertisement FYI what is in the web site : METAL

Another 2 weeks has gone by since my last attempt to get a return shipping label from this organization. The item quality is subpar with the gold being really chincy. But, ultimately, the way they are ignoring and delaying my requests to return the item is shady and unacceptable. At this point, I just want my money back and to not have to deal with this organization anymore.

Horrible Customer Service! My necklace broke after just 5 months of having it! The wire just split and fell apart! When I reached out, they said I’ll need to ship it back on my own, along with a 45.00 restringing fee! What?? I paid almost 300 dollars for crap quality necklace only to be told this! Either fix it for free, or send me a new one for free! So, beware of their crystal stone necklace with diamond! Not worth the money! Do Not Purchase from this Company! their a rip off!
