Denied my refund and ghosted me!
Ordered an Idle Air Control Valve for my Audi 100, with matching part number (July 4th). Item arrived quickly (July 6th), but upon installation idle RPMs were very high (~2 thousand), and I swapped back to the original. Original was running rough but at least at the right RPM. I contacted customer support to send it back for a refund and they agreed. This was 2 days after I received the IAC valve, and I sent it back in the original packaging (July 6th). Didn't hear from them for three months, and I must say I also kind of forgot about it. I never received a refund, so I contacted them about it (October 2nd). They replied: "We have received the part, but it is in a very bad condition and also it was returned much too late." I returned it in original packaging, after running it once. According to the track and trace of the return package, the package was delivered to them 4 days after I sent it out (July 10th), so they had it back within 6 days of them sending it out. After that, they ghosted me completely, and they have not replied to any of my emails. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but if all else fails...
