Ordered on Saturday, seller claims same day shipping (at the specific product too), so I expected it to be sent on Monday, the first working day.

It’s now Wednesday and it has still not been sent, despite an email saying it could be sent on Tuesday.

EDIT: Edited my review. Ordered on Saturday, but didn’t hear anything until Tuesday and after that nothing. There was a system failure that caused the company not to be able to sent it on time (which happens). But, apparently any emails updating me about this were sent to the SPAM folder. The ones informing me about the refund too. So, while the company communicated properly and tried its best to resolve the issues, those communications were not received.

After communicating though chat, all miscommunication was resolved, and my product, after re-order, will be sent again. All will be well in the end! Now I can get to experience the product itself :)

So to any people reading this or debating leaving a negative review, just check your spam folder first to see if that resolves your issue, haha!

I love the organic hamam towels! They are so nice to take with you for a swimming day! They are light weighted, they take little space, are quick-drying and are elegance all at the same time! You’vr got to love them!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything i ordered from this company. I ordered when i see some items at a friend’s house in London and thankfully online shopping makes me everything possible! I am a big fan of good quality items, especially when it comes to feeling like SPA @home and was searching for some good quality but not taking so much space in my wardrobes towels and this is it! I ordered for myself and husband, the products are really soft, I already washed 6 times and still like day 1. Also ordered some natural soaps smells heavenly and nourishing my hands as i hate liquid soaps which dries hands. I ordered online as we live in London too and delivery was also super fast and the company replied to my questions promptly. Will order some Christmas presents now, Thank you madeathand, thank you
