I initially ordered a refurbished apple pen through them, and when it arrived it didn't work, probably due to shipping knocking it around. Purchased a late 2018 Macbook Pro 13". I got it refurbished to save some money, Macbook arrived in a timely manner, works great, and even came with a hard case and keyboard cover for free. Very satisfied with the service of Macs4U and will definitely be using them again for my next Mac purchase

My computer came on time and well packaged, as advertised. However, am having a heck of a time getting my information transferred over. I have run migration assistant 4 times now, and spent hours on the phone with apple tech, but still cannot even get my pictures.

It was very easy to make my choices and place my order online. Considering the shipping was free, the irregularity of shipping companies and the delivery date was changed twice, my computer was delivered in a reasonable time. The iMac was in good condition in spite of a half-dollar-sized puncture hole in the box. The attached instructions were very easy to follow. The young man who called to follow up on my order was very kind, polite and professional. Overall, I am quite pleased with the experience I have had with Macs4u and I have already told my grandson about you. Thank you.

Hesitant at first as I was unfamiliar with Macs4U. However, they have outstandingly exceeded my expectations. Their rated quality of "Good" for my MacBookPro 13 is silly - it looks/performs like brand new. Rapid order fulfillment and follow up (whether automated or not), was equally as impressive.
