Additional transport charge has been demanded after order confirmation explaining that the camping oven is above 10 kg weight !
This forneto was only 3kg !
Strange way of refusing the order after having accepted it !
Bad practice, poor organisation, wrong marketing policy, faulty legal compliance !
Of course I had to cancel the order.
Not even a word of excuse or compensation offer from thus company. Poor service, defective business !

Con respecto a toda su información, le informamos, como se indica en nuestro sitio, más allá de la base de 18,00 €, el monto del envío a la boca podría aumentar en cuánto "Los costos de los envíos podrían estar sujetos a recargos adicionales en función de la naturaleza del envío (destino, peso superior a 10 kg, volumen y demás casos estabilizados por el propio mensajero) que no pueda ser cuantificado en la primera fase del pedido.
