So friendly, so supportive, so helpful ❤️

So friendly, so supportive, so helpful, that I asked the team support of MacPaw that I asked them to send me a link for login then got reply so quickly. I was working so busy that I forgot about it for few days that they need to know for making sure that I forgot reply to them. Lovely of them. I'm very happy to have my MacPaw more to come ❤️

Great Job by Customer Service!

At first, I was disappointed to wait for a long time to chat with someone (waited over an hour), but then about 10 hours later I received a very detailed email, with specific and clear steps, for resolving the issue I encountered. The suggested steps resolved the problem completely for me.
The initial frustration transformed into a big relief!

For days I have been unable to log onto…

For days I have been unable to log onto my account--I contacted customer services, they asked me to try via my mobile, and I got another blank screen. Only thing I could do was to ask them to cancel my account.

I have had nothing but issues

I have had nothing but issues. I have been charged under two different email addresses. Of course I have contacted them I never hear anything back. Impossible to cancel a subscription and no one to talk to. Rubbish.

They have now resolved my issues. Thank you 👍🏻

their ai customer service is actually good

their ai customer service is actually phenomenal

i mean i love people, and after i asked a follow up i got an answer from a real person

but really what i want when i pose a problem, is for someone to help me solve it, and the ai solved that within 2 minutes.

Useful to some extent. Abo scam

CleanMyMac Tool is useful to some extent, expected more though. Everything can pretty much be done by oneself without it. What I really disliked is the Abo scam. No way one can cancel it before the trial ends and then it immediately charges you the one year plan. Scam imo.

Customer support is nonexistent

I ran into a problem with my MacPaw subscription, where one of the features that I was paying for didn't work. I reached out to their customer service in July. It is now October 10, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Before you purchase their product, here's what the experience with customer service is like:
1. You submit a ticket.
2. You receive an automated response that says "We have received your inquiry and will do our best to get back to you at the closest time. Due to an unprecedented increase in support inquiries, we’re experiencing some delays in responding. However, we will address your inquiry as soon as possible."
3. You will wait.
4. You will then receive an automated response that says "We haven’t heard back from you. If you still need help, please reply to this email, and we’ll pick up where we left off."
5. You'll reply that your issue still hasn't been resolved.
6. You'll start at #1 again.

I had a billing issue

I had a billing issue. The company corrected the problem immediately and gave me a full refund.
The product itself - "Clean My Mac" is outstanding.

Stay away…….they don’t honor trial…

Stay away…….they don’t honor trial period…I cancelled several days before charge and still got billed. Sad there are companies out there that just scam you with a trial and then when you cancel, they still bill you.

Very hard to get a live customer service person to help.

I have been satisfied with Clean My Mac but recently the site kept saying that I needed to pay for a subscription even though it's on autopay and the payment for this year was already paid two months ago. It took forever to get a response from a live person, and finally, after much backing/forthing, the problem was solved.

Super Customer Service

I have owned "Clean My Mac" for several years. It has really kept my desktop humming. Recently I download another app, Encyrpto. I had a couple of questions. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. Sent me an answer almost immediately and followed up immediately when I had one more question. Great customer service and products.

Getting Frustrated

OK so 2 issues. First is with regards to the new look. I know it's been around for quite a while now, but I simply can't find what I need it to do now. I eventually do work it out, but increasingly find I just can't be bothered to look. The new interface is very pretty indeed but I can't find stuff any more.

Secondly, CMM completed trashed my Native Instruments Komplete CE installation - I'm not tech enough to work out how, but Native Instruments themselves asked if I'd run a CMM scan. The result, was a >1TB download and re-installation. I'm now too afraid to use CMM in case the same happens again.

Bad customer service!

I have been using CleanMyMac for almost a year without any problems, it's a well designed bit of software that does a great job....until recently! It has started to just stay on scanning without ever finishing. I contacted MacPaw support over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a solution, they just seem to go round in circles. Bad customer service!
