License Change Needed
I had a need to change the quantity of licenses I needed to support my current computer environment. It turns out I needed to cancel my current license and subscribe to a new license. This wasn't very clear to me and the support staff, via email, walked be through the process and even performed some of the steps for me. Time wasn't a critical component my need. But I do appreciate that the staff responded to my multiple emails and defined the process for me.

There is no product that approaches the comprehensive results and ease of use on a MacBook. I have had problems reactivating upon renewal, but customer services immediately jumps in and keeps my program working. Don't waste time ---- get Clean My Mac!!

I absolutely love this company, particularly how carefully they value and look after their customers. I recently acquired a new device and needed to upgrade my plan to cover both of them. I found the support team incredibly helpful, and they went above-and-beyond to follow up to make sure everything was working correctly for me. In this day and age it's very rare to see a company go to the lengths they did to make sure I was happy and that everything was working properly. All-in-all, an awesome product, backed by an incredibly friendly, knowledgable and helpful team. It is really comforting to know that an orgnisation such as this is doing everything it can to ensure their customer feel valued, that their issues are promptly and professionally resolved, and then follow up to make sure they are happy with the results. Mac Paw stole money from my account
A few years ago, I purchased a Mac desktop computer. It never ran well and was always slow and eventually ground to a halt. I purchased clean my Mac from Mac Paw to see if that would help. It didn’t and I returned my Mac to the dealer where I purchased it from and they informed me that it needed a new hard drive. They fitted a new solid state hard drive and since then, my Mac has worked like clockwork. I no longer needed Mac pork in my Mac and cancelled my subscription. Sometime later, I noticed they had been accessing my PayPal account and taking money from it. I advised them of this and ask them to refund my money. I had very lengthy communications with them but I’ve gone on for well over a year. so far I have managed to get three of the payments returned but I still have one outstanding which they are refusing to refund as the money was stolen from my account by them more than two years ago. They admit that it was due to a technical error however they say there is no way that they can return my money. I am an old age pensioner and I’m absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. Here is a copy of their last and final email to me telling me they are going to keep my money.

We have already acknowledged that these charges were a result of a billing error, which is why we successfully returned the payments for June 2023, October 2024, and October 2025.
However, the October 2023 payment remains a technical impossibility. Because the transaction is over two years old, the digital link to the original payment method has been permanently severed by the banking network. As we use a third-party processor, there is no technical override or manual way to bypass this limit.
We have explored all available avenues and have provided all the assistance and information possible from our side.
This is our final position, and we will now move forward with closing this request.
