Can improve
Every time I call them to get information that is difficult to get from their website, my call is re-directed to another department. Having a menu with different options so you are directly connected with the relevant department and do not have to do double waiting time would be a good idea!
I mostly try to speak to them in Danish, because I have experienced issues with employees that say "They don't speak English". If they offer their services to internationals in Denmark, they should make sure their staff can communicate with them.

I sadly have had nothing but problems…
I sadly have had nothing but problems with Magistrene. From the beginning they gave me wrong information about my membership - sadly this was not apparent until later. They continuously misinformed me, both over the phone, in their messaging system, and in face-to-face meetings. It was never the same person, but it was always a different story.
They grossly mishandled my information and personal data, as well as labelling me wrongly at my student level, as a full time employee, and as a ph.d. student, causing me to be thrown around between different departments. Throughout my journey I only met one person who made an attempt to sort things. Others were lovely and kind, but either washed their hands or guaranteed me that it would be solve, only not actually doing it. It is bureaucracy without responsibility.
I was unemployed for 3 weeks, but ended up spending an obscene amount of time sorting their mistakes out within their ungodly short working hours over phone, and many many hours by the messaging system as well. And eventually they only paid me 2 out of the 3 weeks.
It is unacceptable to perform such gross misconduct for a company that offers a private insurance at time were we are financially and professionally vulnerable. I have felt so unsafe in their hands. I would recommend it to no-one and they should be very, very ashamed of themselves.

Slow responding to the email in english or not responding at all.
Slow responding to the email in english or not responding at all. They are not serious with the job they do. My relative has another akasse, different one and he receives everything very quick and everything is in english. We were filling the same form at the same day, he has received the answer 5 days after and I am waiting now more than two weeks. I am dissapointed.
