Lyst is a retailer that will take your order but outsource any returns to the stockist. Not a great shopping experience, may as well just shop with the actual brand shipping the product.

And yes I did respond to their agent that reached out after my last review. I sent the same details twice which was claimed I did not send. I sent the screenshots of the twice before with the 3rd time.
Lyst refunded me for the return shipping cost, not the dress cost nor the express shipping cost and referred me back to the retailer who was the source of my mental stress , time , energy and effort and anxiety. As we stand today I still don't have the refund for the dress which was purchased on Lyst. This review is overdue as Lyst asked me to give my thoughts and experience with customer care . How can you rate a service where you are going into a battle with them to get your own money back. They refunded the cost of the return shipping NOT the dress or the express shipping.
The express delivery cost I wrote off. .I opted to go through my credit company for the refund for the dress after about a two month battle.. Lyst has not been helpful to me at all. I did not know who GILT is (this is who the LYST site took me too to make my purchase) and it is only due to the name LYST that I made the purchase.In response to my first emails they lacked complete help. I was informed ' Lyst is a platform and not the direct retailer, the order and refund are ultimately managed by the retailer' It would be of great benefit to the consumer to make this clear at the time of purchase. As I relied on the name LYST and not GILT. As it stands today Gilt have a 84 percent 1 star and 6 percent 5 star. Lyst specialises in luxury purchases and this has been very far from that for me . I paid for my purchase in 10 minutes and it's going on 3 months and a half months to get my money back. I will never buy from Lyst again as for GILT ,I did not even know them, my experience with them has been a nightmare. The light at the end of the tunnel is that this has been a great educational experience for me as a consumer. So the update is I would never buy from Lyst again. I would be happy to buy what may not be deemed a luxury purchase but I would definitely be much happier wearing it with peace of mind. And I appreciate returns made at other sites and high street stores that are seamless and hassel free. In this case the retailer has become the gatekeeper to my money. Whether it 20,200 or 2000 it should be your decision what you do with your money. As far back as about 1 month ago GILT told me they do not recognise my email address . I took a screen shot of the purchase confirmation email sent to the very address. They did not recognise it after 56 emails later. and in addition I sent 59 emails to Lyst back and forth for my refund. An apology from Lyst in NO way makes up for the distress, anxiety and stress. There is no way any apology or offer from them could make up for what I went through.

Fake prices to generate traffic to their website. A bag listed as 100 eur suddenly becomes 379 eur when you open the website. This happens ALL THE TIME, so that is not an honest mistake.

I ordered Los Angeles Dodgers Zipper hoodie, and order confirmation was correct. However, when Macy's sent me shipping information, my order changed to differnt team. The issue is Macy's online shopping was broken.
