Pre booked a taxi months ago and paid upfront was told after waiting for it there were no drivers in the area…. WHATS THE POINT IN PREBOOKING ???? DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Let down big time!
Let down big time! Had a booking hours in advance for a really important appointment. Ride was cancelled 3 minutes before the driver was due to arrive. I called to chase but no-one answered. Avoid. Don't let them let you down!
