That particular event displayed incorrect odds - double of what was offered on the winner of that event - which was later confirmed to be a technical error thus deeming the bet void.
Our team after picking up this error has refunded your stakes. I understand that when you found that event with such favourable odds you wanted to place a bet since this was a very likely outcome which could result in high winnings. The nature of the business, though, calls for safety measures that can prevent taking advantage of technical errors and, although I know this heavily affected your gaming experience, I regret to say that this was one of the situations where our team needed to take action.

Joined LV over 2 weeks ago, honestly I am completely disappointed with the lack of trust between punter and bookmaker.
I joined as a new customer for the 35/1 enhanced odds, my ID was verified but they still asked for photo of my visa card before I could deposit, which I did 2 clear photos but they rejected one and asked for another which I did again, took 3 days each for documents to be approved so over a week in total.
Time was an issue and by the time I could deposit there was short time left to take advantage of the 35/1 promotion I tried over 10 times but it did not let me bet on the game, I have a screenshot of the error as proof.
After the game I wanted to withdraw my funds, min deposit is £10 but min withdrawal through the same visa card is £20!!! I was trapped I could not withdraw my money, they are very clever the website is slow and sluggish everything is hard to find, the prices are awful, the customer service is the worst I've seen overall the worst bookmaker on the market by a mile and I have used many in my time.
I have no idea why they advertise these type of promotions when you can't even bet them, they should also make it clear to future customers that it could take upto a week to get verified!! Most top books don't take as long and ask for so much documents.
BEWARE: If you want to bet there are 100 better places avoid at all costs!
That is the truth and I hope LVbet can improve there values and intentions for the people instead of making profit.

Avoid at all costs, I wish I had. 1 star feels generous to be absolutely honest as well. I deposited 50 using the correct link and I was then told I did not use the correct link, they will lure you in just to take your money. Don’t fall for it. Very and very bad experience with this bookie. Obviously all bookies are very happy and wanted to see you as a loyal client time after time. But that's definitely not here.
Firstly, they didn't give me 10£ free bet as welcome offer using app. They didn't give it because app being uploaded through app store, not through direct link. Really?
Then I had no option to get deposited 10£ back, because the minimum amount to withdraw is no less than 20£. Why not? Other bookie glad to withdraw even 5£!
After all, I tried to take other promotion "bet safe": up to 30£, 4 fold acca, 3.0 final odds. In the end they told me bet is not eligible, because you lost 2 legs, not ONLY one in acca!
In conclusion, what i can say. Yes, they officially and jurisdictionally are right in two cases (always read small prints), but personally for me this bookie LV BET still has very very bad smell.

I told them that the last payment is made from my friends account and to make them trust that i don't carry two different account's i sent them the payment confirmation that i got from my friend. And before sending all this documents I said them thet the last payment is not made from my personal account because i dont have yet a bank account i Poland. But they keep saying me that please send all the document required. And the funniest part of all this is that they closed my account the day i won money. Aproximately 500 euro. All in all they closed my account and they said that they have rules. And their rules work only when you have to cash out. But to put money you can put as much as you want. This is the worst experince I ever had

This was the longest KYC I ever had. It took nearly for a week. But now my money on it`s way. :) About the casino, wide range of slots, my favourites too. I didn`t use any bonus but they have a few options for that. If you have time to wait for a long KYC after you ask a withdrawal, it could be a good casino for you. Few advice for LV Bet, I don`t understand why do you need to block players account while you checking their documents. let them play waiting is easier if you can play, or bet. Also it helps if we can see after a login that our money is still there. :) I can understand the importance of KYC, but what LV Bet does is a bit overkill in my opinion. Speed up the reply time on the e-mails and check the documents within 24 hours and you will get 5 star reviews. :)

Appalling customer service
After registering for a new account I immediately got a message saying I failed my registration. I got on to live chat and they said I was registered but needed to submit ID for verification, which I did. I then got an email saying I needed to submit a photo of my driver's licence next to my face with the current date, even though I previously submitted good quality photos of the ID documents they requested. I asked how I take a photo with a date on it and they replied by saying my account had not passed document verification and it had been permanently closed. What? They didn’t even give me a chance to submit the photo they requested. Appalling customer service. They obviously don’t care about their reputation, or having customers for that matter.

An Update On My Previous Post.
These scammers have now cancelled my withdrawal and put the money back in my account, with no facility available to attempt another withdrawal.
Bear in mind, that they said that the withdrawal was "completed" as far back as the 23/06. In further correspondences, they consistently lie and change their reasons for not paying me.
The latest claim is that my withdrawal got returned due to "technical issues". Despite the fact that these purported "technical issues" were never mentioned in the numerous correspondences which I have had over the last week.
I doubt that I'll ever get the money back which I won fairly and squarely, but I've sent the emails and chat logs to the UK Gambling Commission and the Maltese Regulatory Authority, so hopefully these criminals will get their licences revoked.

Update on my earlier review. I still haven't received any payment from these crooks. My bank have confirmed that the money hasn't been sent to them, the proof of payment they sent indicates that they've sent it to a completely random bank. I pointed out earlier in my exchanges that they seem to have completely ignored the sort code and account number I provided. Every email takes forever to get a response and no one at LV Bet will just own the problem and deal with it. Do not bet with these absolute jokers if you ever want to receive any payment back.
Re LV’s response, if you get anyone with a brain to look at this you’ll see that you haven’t referenced the sort code and account number I provided anywhere on the payment you sent. Instead you’ve taken the IBAN number and used some digits of that as a sort code and some more as an account number. That’s why the money remains floating around in the ether. You are utterly hopeless.

Just to even things up a bit LV Bet is one of my go to casinos I'm a seasoned gambler and wouldn't be playing somewhere that would screw me about.
Most of the negative reviews here are mostly for reasons which are out of LV bets control like KYC which is now a legal requirement if your in the UK for all casinos albeit some casinos can verify you electronically via electrol roll/credit report which cuts out the need for docs initial.
My experience with these guys is nothing but positive withdrawals always 24 hours to debit card excluding weekend (hey hoo)
Great rewards LV wheel ETC slick web site with great selection of games help always on hand via chat.
Do your homework people look at any of the big 4 UK bookies on trustpilot and the all have a very poor rating just like these guys which is not a true picture of how these casinos really operate.

I opened an account to register for a bonus.
The website allowed me to deposit the £100.
Then prevented me from placing bets as per the bonus.
I then tried to withdraw the funds which was initially blocked.
Then the 'help desk' said they could allow me to withdraw funds for a fee of 3% - this is opposite to advertised where it says 0% fees.
Today I am still without my £100 and I have reported them to the gambling commission.
The company has refused to get back to me on the funds and still have my £100.
I do not trust them at all.

I would like to inform you that vulgar language or harassment will not lead to the situation being resolved any faster, Maria was only following the internal procedures by letting you know of the situation.
Secondly, as per the offer for the enhanced odds, it is clearly mentioned that the bet cannot be placed with bonus funds and therefore incorrect action was taken when you deposited by selecting our Sportsbook Welcome Bonus. This could have easily been avoided by clicking "No Bonus" or by asking Maria to cancel it once it was applied.
Your wording "Then prevented me from placing bets as per the bonus." is unfortunately misinformation due to the fact that the Welcome Bonus "50% up to 50 GBP" has the term - "
Only combi bets which include at least 2 selections using minimum odds of 1.25 (¼) each with the final odd of at least 1.80 (⅘) counting towards the turnover of the wagering requirement."
,while you were attempting to avail yourself from the Enhanced Odds Offer instead which states "Bets made using Bonus Funds do not qualify for this special offer"
Third, when you signed up to our website, you agreed to the terms and conditions which clearly state that a 3% Administrative fee will be charged to your withdrawal amount if the amount deposited is not wagered. However, rather than going ahead and doing upon withdrawal, we do inform ALL our customers when they have not turned it over yet to avoid any misunderstanding.
The 0% fee you saw on our withdrawal page refers to regular withdrawals where customers have followed the Terms and Conditions related to withdrawals.
