Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My order wasn’t sent initially, and it took contacting the team four times before I received a response. When it did arrive, the case was absolutely beautiful and very glittery, but the magnet was too weak to support the pop socket — even the one purchased from the same store. I really wanted to love this product, but overall it didn’t meet expectations.

Had this phone case years ago and the best thing I have ever , I only wished I kept it but gutted they no longer sell them . Please bring them back as they were amazing quality and products .

don’t even bother. places an order. awesome. a whole month later, nothing. no email, no updates. according to their website, it should have been here by now. i emailed and asked for an update on my order. to them that meant “oh we are going to cancel your order and not say why or anything sucked in” i’ve emailed about a refund because that is not fair, they do no deserve to keep my money and international shipping fee i paid for doing nothing. absolute scam, and i will probably never get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE THEY BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. absolutely disgusting values as a company, and this will be a reason for their downfall

I placed a $60 order a month ago and never received it. I’ve emailed literally 20 times now with no response. I just want a refund and they will not respond. Worst company in my opinion. Do not order from them!

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I order a new phone case on October 30th with standard shipping which said 2-3 business days. I reached out to the company a week after I placed the order bc the only notification I got was “order placed” and someone got back to me stating they sent an email saying there was a delay in the getting the product (NEVER received any email regarding that, I checked every folder) and they finally got back saying they’re shipping it. 3 days later, no movement. When I do get this case it better be perfect. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage others to do the same. Better companies with better customer service and products out there.

I placed an order about four days ago. It is still in Illinois. It’s been there for almost a week now I can’t get a hold of anybody to find out when I’m gonna be receiving my order. It still hasn’t given me a shipping date of delivery this company is horrible and the company that they throw their orders through. Shop sucks too at getting your orders out. I don’t recommend.

I had a horrible experience the customer service was horrible I reached out multiple times and no response. My battery case only lasted a few weeks not happy and will not purchase Again

I ordered a mirrored wiggly style case that I expected to be hard to protect the phone but it was just a flimsy gel type case that is not going to protect my phone if it gets dropped. Extremely disappointing and they said that I need to ship the item back to be inspected in order to get a refund.

If you're in the UK, steer clear of this business. Their products are rubbish, and their customer service is even worse. I recently purchased an iPhone case from this company, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The case was cheap, flimsy, and not like the photos. To make matters worse, the customer service has been an absolute nightmare. They made me send the rubbish product back to China at my own expense and now refuse to refund the original purchase costs or the subsequent shipping costs. And these products are not cheap! Daylight robbery, I’m so disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company altogether.

I am currently going through a hassle trying to get in contact with their customer service. They state they'll try to get to emails by 48 hours. It's been 2-3 weeks and I haven't heard back at all. I also attempted to ask how to get in contact with their customer service through their Instagram - they hid my comment and blocked me from mentioning them. The products are hit and miss. Two cases came in with defects and a ring holder broke within a 2 days of use. Doesn't seem like their products are as good quality as I hoped. Would recommend putting in a dispute with your credit card if they're not responding to you.

The case is cute & sparkles but that’s about it. The wristlet is cute & sparkles but has already needed repaired. The circle rings that attach it to the clip already fell apart (started carrying May 1) causing the phone to fall off my wrist. But that’s ok bc otherwise the fishing line making up the wristlet was going to break. At least this way the beads aren’t everywhere. Phone dropped, screen protector shattered- so the case didn’t protect anything. Previous case from another company protected the screen & I went thru very few screen protectors. Am an adult, not a teen, so I actually treat my phone well- case is worthless. Complete junk. But not cheap ($) - waste.

I’ll give 2 stars, because I did receive 2 cases that so far seem to be working, and I really do like them. The problem is the third case- did not work out of the box. I sent requested video, they agreed. But invoiced me shipping costs to replace. Refused a refund because “final sale”. By US law, they cannot hide behind “final sale” if there is no way to tell a product is defective until you get it home.
Because I did like the other 2 cases, I reluctantly agreed to store credit and placed another order on another case I was interested in. Added a couple other items for free shipping. Order was immediately refunded and store credit is “expired”. Hoping my PayPal dispute will get me my money back.

No help at all. I accidentally ordered the wrong size cases. I requested an exchange for the right size cases.
. My cases could not be exchanged because they were reduced in price. Considered final sale. I don’t want a refund. I just want to exchange for a different size. And I would have to cover shipping cost to return.

I’ve used the ring holder on my phone for 3 days and two rhinestones have fallen out already. Not happy with the quality at all. The phone case that appears to be pink on the website is infant a purple colour and the black phone case sparkles don’t look like they do in the videos and website. Overall absolutely disappointed with my order. I paid the way overpriced amount because I thought it was high quality and would look amazing. It’s very toy-ish and cheap looking. I won’t be purchasing again from this site.

I paid double the price of other cases and it failed within a week of purchasing it. You have to charge the phone and case separately. Who wants to remove the case every day....Have to contact the Company now to see if they will refund my money!

If I was able to give zero stars i would! They have disgusting customer service, they were zero help. I wasn’t provided tracking information, once product arrived I placed on phone and tried to use my charger case and it barely increased my charge by 40% when their description says “up to two full charges”. I contacted them right away and they stated I was putting case on incorrectly and a whole bunch of excuses, i explained I have had their product on other phones and I know exactly how to work them. They have provided zero assistance for a refund; don’t respond and when I am able to get a response it’s worthless and still won’t provide assistance. I wouldn’t even call it customer service . Now they just don’t email back. I have a $45 case that’s worthless and just a paperweight. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!
