What a waist!!

Ive ordered 3 sets of sheets and naturally one came with a defect. No problem at all though! I contacted the seller and everything got taken care of extremely quick and professionally

I have ordered three different deep pocket sheet sets (22 inch pockets) and my experience with this company has been exemplary. The quality of the sheet sets has been outstanding and their prices have been far below what any of their online or in-store competitors charge for similar sheet sets. I highly recommend them.

I have searched for years for sheets that would fit my tall mattress and topper and nothing compares to this set. Very well made and best of all, the top sheet is appropriately wide. I am so happy to have finally found the perfect set of sheets. Love them. Also, Mark is the best! If you have a problem, he will work with you until you are satisfied.

I purchased 1500 thread count cotton sheets. They are very thin and not very soft at all. The bottom fitted sheet barely fits my standard mattress. There is no way they would fit a pillow top mattress. I will save them for use on the guest bed only. Simply put, they are low quality, cheap sheets.

I recently ordered an 800 thread count sheet set. The sheets are very soft, comfortable, and feel luxurious. Unfortunately, the fitted sheet had a small flaw of tufted threads that I was concerned might become a hole. However, customer service quickly took care of the concern in a satisfactory manner. I was both pleasantly surprised and grateful. At first, I was skeptical about purchasing sheets that are so much more affordable than from other companies, but I can honestly say these sheets are excellent quality! I would absolutely purchase from this company again!

Customer service has no phone, there is no one to talk to, been asking for 4 days, by email, how to return sheets that don’t fit. I am extremely disappointed in this company!! I know of no reputable company that does not man a customer service team!!!!

I was a first time buyer of the products from luxury Egyptian linens. I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know if I would like the products, use them, keep them etc. I am super picky and discriminating when it comes to sheets and linens because everything has to be soft and silky, not scratchy or poor quality. I want luxury without threads coming undone, stiff or rough materials and something that doesn't make me hot to sleep in.

If you're unsure whether or not to buy products from this company and you're a first time buyer, I say buy the product you are interested in. Their return policy is there for a reason because I doubt people return much stuff. (Keep in mind: they do not include return shipping labels.) I moved forward with my purchase knowing I could return it if I wasn't happy.

When my sheets and duvet cover came in the mail, I could not believe how silky soft they were. Normally you have to spend a FORTUNE to get something similar I was feeling in my hands. I couldn't wait to use it. But first, I wanted to know how to properly care for them (like EXACTLY what detergent brand etc) so I did not ruin them and kept that brand new silky feel. I emailed the company not knowing what to expect once again since it would be my first time reaching out to them. Mark wrote back to me very quickly and advised how to clean my new products and answered my specific questions in detail. I washed the products as advised and loved how everything felt-- I was satisfied with my purchase of the duvet cover and sheets (bamboo viscose blend).

However, I had also bought a Belgian down comforter. It came in air tight packaging so everything was really clumped together. I did all the steps they told me to in order to un-clump everything. Word of advice: it takes about 2-3+ days for everything to actually settle and disperse EVEN if you put the thing in the dryer with laundry balls to break it up. You have to give down comforters in vacuum-sealed bags time to "do their thing."

I was also used to a heavier comforter and having that type of weight on me at night when I sleep. It took a few days to get used to having less weight on me and enjoy the light, warm, cozy cloud it provided. I ended up also eventually using a weighted blanket which seemed to be the perfect blend for me with the comforter on top of the weighted blanket draped over me.

Throughout ALL of this, Mark was communicating with me to make sure I was a happy customer. He was kind, patient, honest and helpful.

These are my genuine words about my experience. He also informed me that this is a small family run business which meant even more to me. We are losing these kinds of business in America every day. It is important to support one another and I say this with conviction because I am also a small business owner. I know good reviews matter. I hope this helps not only the family business but all future customers looking for good quality linens at an affordable price without skimping on luxury. Enjoy!

Immediately after placing my order I realized I'd forgotten extra pillowcases. I emailed & within minutes Mark replied to say that he'd include the items I'd overlooked & invoice me later. Within 2 days the entire shipment arrived, and then next day the invoice by email. Couldn't be be better.

Received the wrong color sheets. For 2 weeks I have been trying to return the sheets for a refund with no cooperation just stalling email after email. I had to contact my bank and file a claim for the money. DO NOT purchase from Luxury Egyptian Lines as they do not honor their 60 day full 100% refund.

I purchased the duvet cover, pillow cases and sheets set. I am in love with them. I bought based on the reviews I've read, and these are even BETTER than described. The color is exactly as the picture showed and in my experience, that rarely happens; especially with a color like sage.
Mark has made this perfect purchase even better. Every company should get themselves a copy of this guy!!! I will be a repeating customer for sure! All thanks to him! (And the bedding!!)

I ordered 100% down and in black and 2 pillows. Never received pillows and was sent a white 80-20 fill. I've have yet to receive a response

The sheets that LEL sells are complete crap!!! I bought a set of sheets hoping for the soft Egyptian Cotton feel that I have with my other real Egyptian Cotton.

I tried to return my sheets and they were sent back to me. But, I guess the joke is on me because they (LEL) got my money; I got junk; and the landfill was a bit fuller.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHEETS!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Great experience with LEL & my sheets are fantastic! They fit like a glove on my queen size bed & are extremely comfortable. All good! A+

Customer service is tip top!

I ordered a set of Olympic Queen sheets based on the dimensions advertised. When they arrived, they were 5" less wide, so I couldn't tuck the sheets under the mattress. The company went back to their vendor and asked them to remake the sheets, which they then sent me. They were still not correct, and even with a refund of my money, I was very frustrated. However, even though I didn't end up getting the sheets I expected, I want to commend the company for their diligence in trying to make the situation right. The level of customer service they provided was extraordinary, even if the outcome was not what I hoped. I will absolutely shop with them again based on how much I respect them.
