I ordered a Christmas gift and I ordered the wrong item. Their customer service refunded the full amount without any problems. I have and will continue to purchase quality bedding from Luxury Egyptian Linens. I highly recommend them.

They sent us the wrong size, and then blamed us for our order. They were so rude and willing to die on the hill of being "right" we also sent the second set back, just not even wanting to deal or support such an awful company. Further, We purchased 1500 TC and in comparison to others we have been buying for 20 years...either they mislead their TC or can't count. The whole experience was bad.

They straight up lie about cotton fabric, this is ac cheap synthetic blend they charge top dollar for. When I tried to reach them by both email and phone I could not. The email was actually returned. I have disputed the transaction and will not buy from them again.

I am satisfied with their customer service. I had one small issue so I emailed them and they fixed the problem right away. Over all we are very happy with their attention and the product!

I ordered a duvet cover set that came with 2 shams to match with a down comforter for a gift. I was not able to check the quality of the comforter as it was vacuum packed tightly in the packaging. But I was able to unzip the bag the duvet cover and shams came in and feel them without opening them completely and I felt like they were not legit Egyptian cotton or the thread count they claimed as they felt like a plastic polyester set you’d get from a department store. Being so close to the holiday I kept them and didn’t try to contact them since I couldn’t really judge until they were completely opened. After the holiday I was informed they were not soft or durable like the material and thread count claimed and to make matters worse, the duvet cover doesn’t have ties in it to hold the blanket in place while in there so the blanket moves all around and balls up inside the cover. So disappointed. I knew it was probably too good to be true but I was hopeful, but let down.

I had a problem with a comforter I ordered. Feathers were coming out of the fabric after one use. There was no way to get in touch by phone but I must say, when I emailed Luxury Egyptian, they responded in 24 hours. Mark from this office was responding to all my inquiries day by day. It would have cost me $65 to return the comforter so he gave me $60 credit. It was a loss but just resigned myself to the fact. Appreciated his quick replies.

I am happy to give 5 stars to this small family business in spite of a slight kerfuffle with my second order. If we live on this planet, we are all going to make mistakes. What is important is how they are handled. This company handled it in a 5-star manner, with utmost professionalism. I would absolutely order from them again! Additionally, their wonderful products, involving Egyptian cotton (esp. with the thread count!) matches their name: Luxury. Thanks again, Mark, for making everything right!

I purchased sheets from this company for my wife and myself because they offered 100% Egyptian cotton. I was so impressed with the quality and the price I placed a second order shortly afterwards. After I placed my second order I noticed I had forgotten to include the 20% discount code. I emailed customer service and a gentleman named Mark emailed me back saying “no problem we will submit the discount on our end.” Three days later he refunded my discount.
In my humble opinion, quality, integrity and customer care makes loyal customers. I am more than happy to say that Luxury Egyptian Linens has a made a loyal customer in me.

Great Customer Service

I didn't receive what I ordered and contacted customer service. I received a prompt response from Mark and with a couple emails back and forth I decided to keep the set of sheets that were sent and I'm glad I did. Thank you Mark for your great customer service and for refunding me the difference. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

If you’re on the fence about buying from LEL, just do it. I received my king down comforter quickly AND with free shipping. It came vacuum sealed, all I did was unpack it and shook it like crazy. It was perfectly fluffy by morning. It’s so soft and cozy with no odor whatsoever. I’m writing from underneath the comforter, I may never get out of bed. I highly recommend LEL!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, they say they are selling Egyptian cotton linens, but they truly are not! I have bought 1000 to 1500 TC Egyptian cotton sheet for the past 25 years, I know how they feel and I know their weight, these sheets may not even be cotton, they feel like some kind of cheap poly blend, they are very very thin, rip easily and Pil all over, they are complete crap and I unfortunately did not read the reviews first, if I can save one person from being ripped off like I was, that would make me happy. THEY DO NOT SELL EGYPTION COTTON SHEETS! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!! THEY UNFORTUNATELY JUST TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!

I've purchased a lot of luxury bedding. This is the worst that I have ever received. Queen sheets no not fit a queen bed . Downy Full/queen comforter set does not fit a queen bed !!!!! Not even close . Low quality products cheaply made . I'm sure they will request for me to send back for a refund . So much time engery and money to have to turn around and ship back. It's not like a pair of shoes . I've never had to return bedding in my life!!!!!!
