If there is a zero rating, that would have been it.

Simply put, they are not legitimate!! I purchased a jacket on their website, and it took almost a month to get here, and it was shipped from Shangahai!!!! I ordered size 2XL, and it was very small and short, definitely not my size. It was packaged in a ziploc bag and the shipping address was invalid. Took it to the post office to return it, and they said "bad address!" I have been struggling to get a decent address from them to ship back the jacket on time, and they only email me with the return instructions but not the address!! Very unethical and unprofessional!! Never again!

I was nervous ordering from Nick, the owner of LuxLux. It was an unusual transaction in that the owner was actually in touch on the phone and by text and email. These days his quality of service seems too good to be true, so I was weary. Nevertheless, since I was paying through PayPal with credit card, I felt protected. Then USPS lost the package (ultimately for one week). I hurriedly filed a dispute with my CC and opened an inquiry with PayPal. There was no need. After 48 hours Nick went out and bought the bracelet at retail and successfully reshipped to me. It is beautiful and exactly as described and brand new. I got a deal. Have no fear to make purchase with Nick. He makes sure you are happy.

I had a great experience shopping at LuxLux! Customer service is excellent, reached out to me after I received my beautiful bag to see if everything was okay and if I was happy with my purchase! Shipping was super fast and eveything wad packaged very neat and very well, I am beyond satisfied!!

I normally don’t write reviews as I have lost faith in their validity but during this crisis I am trying to spread as much good as I can so here goes. From the first communication Nick was kind and professional. Flexible, communicative, efficient and the bag I bought is just stunning. It was well priced and it pristine condition. I have been looking for this bag for over two years and wasn’t planning on buying anything during this crazy period but I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did. Once life goes back to normal I will be a frequent customer!!!
