I've had multiple packages go missing
I've had multiple packages go missing, drivers faking deliveries, or their system not sending you codes to access your packages and being told to "wait" for the code. The system is a joke. It doesn't solves any problems just creates problems where there wasn't already. They're essentially a middle man you don't need.

It is easier to find things when they put them in the locker, having said that sometimes UPS or DHL will send me a photo of a door. It’s an apartment complex. They all look the same and say they delivered it to my door and it will not be at my door so then it’s a search for where did you leave it? The locker system makes that much easier. Because then my phone tells me I have a package. I waved my phone at the center and the door opens and there’s my package so much easier.

I Love it when the delivery carriers…leave my packages in the Luxer boxes provided.
I Love it when the delivery carriers deliver my packages to the Luxer as they are supposed to, but many times they are NOT left in the Luxer boxes provided. I am kind sad about that, but they do deliver them in the lobby downstairs. Happy about that. I do need my packages delivered in the main door or Luxer Box. Thank you though if the carriers do deliver to the Luxer.

No code after delivery, wrong boxes
They do not send me the code after delivery many times. And they sometimes put it in wrong boxes. Or they put in boxes that has so many packages you are going to waste so much times to find yours.
