Pure marketing

Unfortunately, certain environmental issues are exploited for marketing purposes. Lush products are extremely expensive due to the ingredients used and not very effective (exploiting the classic placebo effect also typical of homeopathic products). The experience of online ordering makes the judgment worse.

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Italy…

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Italy has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the in-store experience is pleasant, with friendly staff like Zaida providing excellent service and offering personalized samples. However, the online ordering process leaves much to be desired, with frustrating limitations like restrictive address fields. While some products, like the Cosmetic Warrior face pack, deliver effective results, others feel overpriced. Moreover, concerns over certain ingredients and controversial marketing decisions may affect customer trust. Overall, it's a mixed bag, and there's room for improvement.

Lush

I took some friends into lush for the first time and this very kind lady named zaida showed us around, let us try a bath bomb, and even gave us sample soap while keeping in mind our scent preferences.
Wonderful service and very kind workers

unbelievable bad experience ordering online

I mean... worst ever experience in ordering online..... who designed the website? I would like to know who was the genius that decided that the address fields have to have a limited amount of characters (like 10-15) are you out? what happen if one of your customers has a longer address? funny enough, they added additional line where to put another address..... so you would think.... ok ok at least they fixed the stupid design decision.... NO, cause even that line is limited to 10 chars or so...... no words.....

Dishonest & unethical company

Dishonest & unethical company. Use of parabens & palm oil not justifiable in any eco company. But they have a good marketing company that are happy to package this all as happy dancing smells. Never mind the damage to people.

Products are overpriced

Products are overpriced. Having seen the offensive and misleading anti police campaign in your shop window the other day I refused to go in your shop and had to explain to the kids why we couldn't go in. We will never shop with you again.

cosmetic warrior wonder product

I was recommended the cosmetic warrior face pack for my daughters teenage skin and am so glad I got it for her to try! In a few weeks its done wonders. The only think i'd say is taht it smells rather nasty but who cares when it works so well!? I'd certainly recommend it to anyone with problem skin, its a lot cheaper than other things ive tried for her and its certainly the best thing so far.
