I ordered a self-designed dress on Lunss as a second dress for my wedding. The whole process was just really easy, super clear on what could be done and what couldn’t. After Helen finished my dress, I received pictures and a video on how it looked. When it arrived it was exactly how I imagined it and i just can’t wait to wear it.
I was slightly concerned about the whole process but it was so worth it!!!

My experience here was great. I was assisted by Helen Han, she's so nice and approachable. I showed them the photo of the dress that I would like them to make and the staff did it so beautifully. It was so detailed and I was mesmerized when I saw the dress in person. Also, the shipment was fast. I would definitely come back in the future :)

The results were amazing. I used Pinterest for inspiration for my dress, and it somehow came out better than I bargained for. All details I had in mind were there, and the dress fit perfectly.

My designer (HelenHan) and her team were incredible; very kind and diligent, producing and shipping my dress in only two months for a very fair price! Granted, I did have to use rush shipping in order to ensure it came before my event. But this is on me- make sure to start designing early! I'd say finalize your design four-ish months before the event date, as they do get busy, ESPECIALLY around prom season.

I loved my dress so, so much, and I received MANY compliments the night of prom. I cannot recommend Lunss enough, and I will most definitely use it for any big event I have in the future :)

I had a great experience with LUNSS. The designer created the dress exactly as I imagined, in fact, it was even more beautiful. And LUNSS gave me an amazing price for it. The designer/seamstress was very patient, kind and helpful. The dress is great quality. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend!

My designer was HelenHan. She's amazing. She was so patient and creative, I got everything I wanted without having to compromise too much on my budget. I love my dress!

It looked beautiful. I didn't take my measurements which was a huge risk so I had to tighten the top up a bit but it looked exactly as I hoped. I wish they used lace back instead of a zipper because the zipper kept getting jammed but nonetheless, it looked amazing!!

Helen Han was an excellent designer. She brought my vision to life (THE Lily James Oscars Dress). Though there were some national holidays during production, she reassured me that the production of my dress would be completed in time for my event (which it was, well ahead with time for potential alterations which I eventually did not need !). I really enjoyed the process of designing my prom dress with her and would use Lunss’s services again for other custom made dresses. I got my dream wedding dress. Lunss did an amazing job with listening to me and what I wanted in a wedding dress. I'm so very pleased and excited. It's absolutely GORGEOUS!

Worked with Helen Han on previous order. Dress was made beyond expectations and was so complimented on how amazing it was that was order a second dress for the next event in the future and luckily getting the same designer Helen Han. Cannot wait to see the next creation.

No words can express the joy and happiness my daughter felt over her quincinera dress. Lunss did an excellent job. She couldn't stop smiling and had tears of joy coming down her face. The dress itself was perfect and fit her just right. She said the dress made her feel powerful and beautiful. She usually does not like dresses but this one she said made her feel proud to wear it. Also shipping was excellent got here in plenty of time for her quince. Thank you Lunss y'all did an excellent job. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

The dress was really well made and the measurements were very exact. Communication with the designer was fast and easy and they were very open to my demands for the dress.

They’re a great company for custom made dresses, whether it be a wedding dress, prom dress, or a more casual dress. They communicate with you and answer any question you have about the process. Just be specific and ask for any alterations needed before they ship it and they can make it happen! I’ve gotten two prom dresses from them and they both turned out exactly how I wanted them (besides the bust being a bit loose, but it’s hard to get a dress to fit perfectly without physically tailoring it, so not their fault). Their prices are not overpriced at all and from ordering to receiving it takes about a month or more depending on the dress. They’re also good at getting it done on time (if you don’t give them an unrealistic deadline). They’re safe, honest, and good at what they do!

Working with Lunss was fairly fast and easy. The process took 7 weeks from design to delivery. I really enjoyed the dress making process with Helen! Helen was responsive and helpful. She gave me extra fabric for free so I could make a matching hair accessory.

The dress is beautiful, fits perfectly, and is faithful to my inspiration. I’m only issue was that there was a loose eyelet on the corset back, but Lunss gave me a partial refund to compensate me for the repair. I was satisfied and will definitely use Lunss in the future.

The designer worked with me during the entire process to pick out the right fabric, appliques, style, and created a fully custom gown for me to my exact dimensions with a quick turnaround time.

I want to start off saying customer service was excellent. Every time I had a question or something that I wanted to change they were ever to respond to me very quickly. I love the detail of my dress the fabric was very nice quality. The reason why it's not a five stars because I had to make minor adjustments and my off the shoulder straps came and loose because it was not reinforced however that would not hinder me from doing future business with them I look forward to ordering more custom dresses.

Helen was wonderful to work with and she brought my ideas and exactly what I wanted for my dream wedding dress to life! I was truly amazed upon receipt of my dress and I highly recommend to anyone who wants a custom dress and veil. Thank you, again! I received numerous high compliments and most importantly I was truly happy with it. It was me, and was wonderful to walk down the aisle to the man of my dreams wearing the dress of my dreams! The tears in his eyes as soon as the doors opened and he saw me is an unforgettable moment! 💜 Thank you!

Helen Han made my dress and it was beautiful. She helped me craft it to my specific liking down to the colour, material and cut. The dress fit me perfectly which was amazing! It was a bit long and needed to be hemmed but that was a minor detail. You can choose anything you like to your price range which is great too. Make sure your measurements are accurate.
