Strong and responsive customer service even for distant international customers.

They had a special super robot model kit that was extremely hard to find for me. They sold it for a very reasonable price and sent it out the week after I ordered it. They kept me up-to-date as well. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a Threezero Lucy Cyberpunk Special Edition from Premium Luna Park and received it within a total of 3 weeks from submitting my order! As my first time with this shop, I was reluctant at first but I decided to take a chance at it anyway because the item I ordered was something I can barely find on the market (Absolutely zero unboxing video of the special edition too, idk why)

The team’s communication is honestly one of the fastest I have ever encountered, I would ask a question on their live chats and get a response within an hour or so and they will continuously stay in chat for any follow up afterward. They reassure me every time about what I ordered and every shipping questions I had about it (And I asked A LOT).

As for shipping, it did take a lot of nudging and follow up for the team to ship my order, I assume it might be because they were busy but at the very least they did always respond whenever I ask about it. It didn’t take longer than a week after ordering for them to ship out my order though, just make sure to remind them in case they forget. After the order was shipped via Japan Post, it took basically exactly as long as they stated it was going to take to arrive (2 weeks) and there was honestly no problem after that.

Lastly, the condition the item arrived in was honestly pretty good. Despite receiving it on a rainy day(not anyone’s fault), nothing inside the box was wet at all, it was bubble wrapped and protected well. My biggest concern throughout the entire thing was if I was going to receive the correct version of my item since there was a standard and then special edition and it really made my day that I received what I ordered. And not just that, it being in very good condition too, nothing broken or damaged. I wish I could provide pictures because it looked so beautiful being displayed!

As always, do your own research and ask lots of questions before buying! I just wanted to share my own experience from all this as a sign of appreciation for the team since Im very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience with this shop. It is exceptionally well-stocked, even with rare and hard-to-find pieces, and the prices are very competitive compared to the best you can find in Japan. I bought three figures, and since two of them required a bit of a wait and I had to leave Tokyo, the owner offered outstanding customer service and managed to get them shipped to my hotel within just one business day! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for rare and collectible figures. I will definitely keep buying from them in the future.
