Great little battery sander
I have bought a few tools now from Lumberjack and they are always well made. The battery sander is really good value, works well and with the smaller battery isn't too heavy.

The quality of the bandsaw was better…
The quality of the bandsaw was better than expected. The price was really good. Ordering simple and efficient. The bad bit was the choice of DPD as delivery company. DPD failed to deliver claiming driver could not find road (main road from Bristol to village) then no parking available (120 square metres available) then no drivers (parcel at biggest depot in South West 2 miles from me) packaging smashed to pieces once delivered 3 days late.

Good value product
The worktop was good considering the low cost. The photos of the product were not correct and it came with a wooden bar at the bottom of the legs in a misguided attempt to strengthen the frames. Much better would have been some wooden side and back panels to help prevent it becoming wobbly after a while. The metal dogs worked quite well but aren't adjustable for height. It was moderately easy to assemble, although the photos in the instruction booklet were poor quality, too dark and with a confusing background.
Overall, good value for money and I am pleased with it but it could be even better with some simple tweaks.

I bought a lumberjack pillar drill from…
I bought a lumberjack pillar drill from Amazon who by the way was brilliant
I contacted lumberjack customer support with regards to the movement of the whole drill moving inside the bottom anchor point there response was are you sure you have followed the set up instructions fully (which I had)
On taking the base Back off the bench I found that there was only 1 split pin holding the main anchor point to the main tube of the pillar which was allowing the drill to move
So I reassembled the drill to the bench and sent them the video and photos
After numerous emails I decided that I was not getting anywhere so told them that I was going to take it to the recycling center as it was no good and a danger
I then got in contact with Amazon after informing them of everything that I had discussed with lumberjack
Who decided straight away to refund me and asked me if I was able to take it to the recycling centre which I agreed to do. All Sorted in 5 minutes the only bolts that was underneath the main base was the bolts that I bolted it to the bench with
And you could see the column moving in the video that I sent you the photographs that I sent you on each occasion were taken on that day. So you are trying yet again to blame the customer and not your faulty product end of

Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm this with you, as the same video was repeatedly sent back to us without addressing that specific point.
We would have genuinely welcomed the opportunity to resolve this matter for you; however, on this occasion, a breakdown in communication prevented us from doing so.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. Very simple ordering process and very secure shipping and there seems to be an unspoken, unwritten assurance about dealing with Lumberjack Tools that I haven't worked out yet. Even though there was no tracking on the shipping; I had a sense that there would be nothing to worry about, I think it was something about how the ordering and transaction felt. Not sure. I was right though. Thank you for a very simple and easy transaction.

Good quality, price and service
Excellent service - fast delivery. 3rd set of these trestles I have bought. A couple are used in the greenhouse to raise some shelving, giving an extra level for pots and a slightly shaded area below. They are strong and sturdy. Assembly is a bit fiddly; a 2nd person to hold bits may be helpful. Check the box when unpacking - there are a couple locking nuts pre-installed which are only hand tightened and may have rattled off.

DIY quality tools
Delivery is always good. Price is reflected in the quality of the tools, which to a certain degree is poor, medium or fair, when comparing between other economical or better known brand quality battery powered tools.
Their chop/pull saw came with twisted backstop rail and the blade couldn't complete the final cut due to bad engineering of the bodywork.
The angle grinder wears out quick if used constantly.
The drill/screwdriver stops working totally if used for medium drilling for an hour or 2.
The batteries die after 1 year of not constant use. One battery, the receiving pin became loose, and power given was intermittent.
The circular saw holding lever keeps slipping loose. With a 4 or 6amp battery, it struggles to cut through 2" pine with fully charged battery and brand new blade.
Compared to Festool or Makita, these tools are DIY, not professional at all.
