Products are nice, though expensive, but don't trust heir online shop, their delivery times or customer service.

Annoyed old woman who doesn’t need Lululemon to educate her about small gloves
Yesterday, I received a pair of gloves as a gift. I took the price tag off in order to try them on but they were too small. I read the Lululemon returns policy which said that in order to exchange the item I should go into a store. I phoned the store and was told that I could exchange them for a larger size as long as I had proof of purchase date. I got the receipt from my daughter (bought in store 7 days before). I made a special trip into town (Lululemon doesn’t have stores in my neck of the woods and at $79 for a pair of gloves I can see why!). I was told that because the tags had been removed they couldn’t do the exchange. (Just the paper tags had been taken off, nothing else). I have to email the Guest Education Centre for advice and remedy. Guest Education Centre how patronising! But at least it’s probably a more honest name than service. And in the bounce back email to the GEC I was told that lots of people are trying to contact them and I’ll have to wait up to three days for them to get back to me and that in order to maintain my place in the queue I shouldn’t email a follow up. So I’m going to every review site I can find to complain about them. Lululemon - Beware angry old ripped off lady with too much time on her cold hands!!
Great quality clothing
Lovely quality stuff, free delivery and returns and their customer service has always been great when I’ve needed assistance.
Wouldn’t wear anything else for yoga classes
Don’t buy their boxers!
Don’t buy their boxers!! The quality is not anywhere near worth the price! I bought a 5 pack of Always In Motion boxers and after only 6 months one of the pairs ripped when I was taking them off. I was a little sweaty and the material stuck to my skin, but this is a sportswear brand where the product quality is subpar. I have been in contact with Lululemon and they are unwilling to replace or refund the damaged product as it is not seen as a fault in the product. Don’t buy these boxers!! The quality is not anywhere near worth the price!
No exchange policy on sales
I have purchased a lot from lululemon over the years and love the quality. My items have lasted many years with a lot of use in the gym. The reason for my 3 stars is simply their policy of not being able to even exchange an item that is purchased in the sale. I think this is unreasonable. I was buying for my husband so they should really at least offer an exchange for gifts. A shame. So they lost out on my money today.
Tried to use my gift card and it has a zero balance
I received a gift card for my graduation and tried to use it online and it shows zero dollars. I contacted Lulu headquarters and they said it’s not their problem. My sister spent $100 on this and now we have nothing to show for it. I asked them to show me what was purchased and they said they can’t help me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!
Delivery is super slow (10-15 days)
Delivery is super slow (10-15 days).
Gift cards are scam ( not working). Customer support is worthless. It was last purchase from them.
Love crew t-shirt
Love crew t-shirt. I bought 2 sweaters, one navy blue and the other Green. As son as I received them, I tried them and love them. That same evening, I weared the Green first, for one hour. While eating a bite of Greek salad, a tiny peace of tomato fell onto the sweater. I immediately took of the sweater to clean the stain. After placing it on my table, I used mild soap and water to clean the stain, then hung it on a hanger to dry. As I liked the style and the fit, in the evening, I bought 2 more, 1 black and 1 white. The next morning, I realized that the stain had not disappeared but, it was appearing on the Back of the sweater. In addition, water stains had appeared. So I put the sweater in my washing machine with a very mild detergent and cold water, délicate cycle. Put back on a hanger to dry for the day. Once again, the next day, I noticed that the stains where still there. So I wrote to Lululemon customer service and included photos showing the stains on the sweater. The response was : Lululemon’s warranty d’œstrus not cover accidents. Although it is advised not to dry clean, I took it to a Daoust specialist. The owner’s comment was that the problem was due to the POOR QUALITY OF THE FABRIC. For a cost of 11$, the stain Where gone. The owner also mentioned that it was possible that sweat stains might appear with water or under armpits. It’s frustrating Because I paid 110$ for the 2 sweaters. I than decided to chancel my ordre for the 2 others sweaters When they Where delivered. I wrote a second Time to Lululemon. Theia response: no, nothing can be done. Furthermore, When I received my sweaters, the black one already had discoloration marks on the front and back. The color wasn’t uniform. I Even had the impressionnant that I received a sweater that had been sent upside down. I also took additionnel photos. I used to be a regular Lululemon customer, but I assure that’ s over now.
Hopeless delivery, terrible customer service.
Ordered some socks on June 3rd, still waiting for them to arrive. Had a notification on 9th June that my order was out for delivery, but it never arrived. Lululemon use GLS, the cheapest and worst delivery company in the world (just look at their Trustpilot score) and they keep sending it back to their depot because the driver had too many parcels to deliver. I contacted Lululemon but they were no help whatever, insisted I had to wait until today, then they would initiate a "trace" on the parcel which would take an extra 5 working days. They refused to refund me and said the would "work towards a resolution" when their trace was complete and I would just have to wait. I ordered similar socks on a better known online platform yesterday, they will be delivered today. I should never have gone to Lululemon and I will never shop with them again.
Not enough sizes
Decently good experience, I love the clothes and the staff is nice. I wish there were more sizes available!
What an insane horrific ordeal
What an insane horrific ordeal. I have been trying to place an order online. First order went through. The second order they blocked. Took the $950 out of my account. Then cancelled the order. Blocked my payment methods and sent me to escalation teams. Took over 10 days to get the money back and the escalation teams take 1-4 business days to get back. I’m on day 12 with this issue still on going. Calling their customer service is useless. I’ve never heard of such a crazy thing. If I could give this no stars, I would.
Missing Package, Zero Accountability
I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
A package marked as delivered never actually arrived. I followed the proper process, submitted the claim immediately, and expected at minimum a reasonable investigation or some level of customer support. Instead, I’ve spent more time chasing updates than the order was worth.
What’s most disappointing is not even the lost package — it’s the response. For a premium brand that markets community and customer experience so heavily, the lack of accountability here has honestly changed how I view the company.
I’m training for HYROX NYC and specifically ordered gear for the event. At this point, I’ve accepted the package may never show up. What I can’t accept is how difficult it has been to get a real person to take ownership of the issue.
If customer service matters to you after the sale, this is worth considering before ordering online.
One of the worst rolling waistbands I have found.
So...after purchasing almost every other brand of leggings in search of some that pass my daily life test as well as making it comfortably through my yoga and boxing classes I decided to spend out to get the supposedly famous best lulus....waste of money in my opinion. No pockets which would be okay except for the fact thw waistband rolls. Non stop insane never ending readjusting rolls just through basic home life, walking, feeding dogs, picking up toys, freaking sitting and breathing.... normally I wpuld aim tp do 2 or 3 stars over this type of issue but for the price of these amd for them.to be some of the worst for rolling down that i have worn so far I am going with 1 star. If my $40 halara can stay up better my $100+ lulu should yet I wouldn't dare try ro wear these to do actual active things like yoga. Hoping I can personally modify these to make them not a total waste. Fixing to attempt to design and put together my own leggings at this point.
Expensive mistake & terrible 'Guest Education Centre' experience
Others commented on how hard it is to get an invoice. I suspect it's so that they're off the hook if their product is flawed. I tried to ask for some sort of compensation after a $150 pair of Softstream pants I bought online about 1 yr ago got a flaw (didn't catch it on anything but I think it will wear through soon, for no reason). Also, the stitching is unraveling in 3 places, and I bought them for travel and only wore them for that purpose, so lightly worn! I had no invoice and their site has no way of retrieving one but I sent photos and I also I found the transaction on my CC and sent a screenshot proving the pants were about a year old. Their 'Guest Education Centre' (AKA Customer support) is a joke and refused to do anything without an invoice, even though I'd proven I purchased them. With the exact date and my name surely they could check from their end. Instead they spend their time sending multiple 'friendly, warm' emails refusing to do anything Buyer beware. I will never buy anything from them again, especially at those prices.
Exersize outfit
The staff were attentive. The quality of inventory was fine. But I feel offended that a size 16 exersize bottoms are not available 'in store". They will order it in. So the marketing, the overweight biases, the target clientele excludes so many women. I'm a size 16. Working out. The store clerk did not tell me they only went to a size 14, instead said, "Try these on. They are very stretchy." Lululemon should review how they minimize (excuse the pun) women of different ages and sizes; not just for their profit.
Drastic reduction in quality
In 2006 my dad bought me my first pair of lulus. I still have them to this day - they are almost in the same shape they were the day I got them (the white is slightly grey - the only difference) I take care of them and wash them properly. Just the same way I do my other two pair. My newest pair, bought in 2025, is horrible quality. I can’t believe the decline. After a month they were pilled (I wash them as I am supposed to - no towels, inside out, etc.) and now, about a year later they are literally coming apart at the seams. The other pair the seams were coming apart, and the other joggers I got a few years back were torn at the knees after 3months (just from normal wear - have no clue how it happened) I wear the right size for me - the quality has absolutely drastically reduced yet the price continues to increase.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Royal Mail said they were returning my parcel as delivery refused. Simply not the case - delivery not even attempted, was home all day and accepted other Royal Mail parcels the same day. No apology from the Live Chat - extremely unhelpful.
Told I have to wait for my refund until the parcel is received back at their warehouse. I am therefore left without the goods and without a refund for what would appear to be two weeks.
Shameful company - will never buy from again.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order and the item arrived damaged, despite the external packaging being completely fine. I contacted customer service straight away, only to be told the damage was somehow my fault. The implication that I caused it, when it literally arrived like this, is unacceptable. Poor customer service and no accountability. I won’t be ordering again.
Been buying Lululemon for years and…
Been buying Lululemon for years and they keep earning my loyalty. I picked up two pairs of Align leggings and a Define jacket last month, and the quality is exactly what I've come to expect: buttery soft fabric, zero pilling after multiple washes, and the fit is consistent across sizes. The Align high-rise in particular holds up through yoga, running, and just everyday wear without slipping or losing shape. Yes, the prices are higher than competitors, but I've had pieces last 4+ years, so the cost-per-wear math works out. Shipping was quick and the packaging was clean. Will keep coming back.
Poor quality and service
Received a top from the with the anti theft plastic tag still attached. They won’t ship me another one and only said to return ship. Customer service was terrible. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but quality and service no longer warrant their premium pricing.
I can't review items on their website
The website won't even let me leave a review on their product.
Most items are okay, but over the years the quality has been lacking, especially for the price. My Daydrift pants threads keep ripping, and it's not they size! They are loose. And one sweater started pilling very quickly.
The Customer service is good and they return items well, especially for members.
