The Cora sideboard is perfect for our…
The Cora sideboard is perfect for our entryway, but the inside smells strongly of acetic acid or similar. Maybe something used for shipping. While I am sure it will eventually dissipate, it is quite strong. Additionally waiting 2.5 months for the item to ship is a little long for a non-custom piece. It looks great but remains to be seen how it holds up in time. Delivery service was great, on time and very friendly.

All was fine except the ship to address showed my name rather than the giftee’s name.
The site records the name and address of the shipping address but doesn’t use the ship to name on the package. Dumb

Overpriced
Overpriced, significantly cheaper options with no shipping costs for the same items available online.
No way to contact customer service aside from email, which takes them 48 hrs to respond.
Scheduling delivery is a nightmare. An automated phone call reaches out, and when you pick up you're put immediately on hold. I hung up after being made to wait 10 mins. Still haven't scheduled the delivery. And there's no way to do it electronically or reach out to them to schedule. Not worth dealing with them. Haven't even seen the item yet so no clue what the quality is like.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received any indication for when it will arrive. I’ve been checking the Shop app daily, which has shown the status, “waiting for details,” since I placed my order. Need better customer communication, delivery tracking and transparency.
