I purchased from the website on 15th Jan 2020 and chased up the order every week with them but each time same response - 'it is in delivery'. The item never arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TOTAL SCAM!

Scammed again Ludozo electric folding bike
Scammed again, an electric folding bike for $19.98 I ordered it on 4th April ,said on 14th April delivered. I have not RECEIVED the item. I saw on the the order the weight of the item that delivered is 0.26Kg (This is NOT the weight of the Electric Folding Bike??) I am busy for a refund from Pay Pal. Why Pay Pal is still join with this company ?

I took was scammed. They send a piece of polystrene weighing nothing so that they have a tracking number. You never receive the ordered product

I buy a folding picnic table n never got it pay $9.99 plus $9.99 shipping n still waiting no answer no credit will see if the bank will dispute it has been from April order

This company trades under various names (Lingc.Youp).
No matter what you order you will be sent some rubbish worth only a few pence and bearing no similarity to what you ordered.
Identical Automated replies are sent when you complain urging you to keep the item or give it to a friend, due to the costs of sending it back.

scam I bought a gardening truck in April never received I kept sending emails and they said it had been delivered tracking number for post office .I got in touch with post office they said it had been delivered ,they asked me what was in parcel ,I told them ,they said it certainly was not a garden truck because what ever was sent only weighed 83 g and would fit through a letter box I did not receive anything but have heard they send nail file sets and shoe bags out by post so you cant claim your money back off pay pal .surely pay pal know they are scammers with the amount of claims that have been put in.its even on community web site wish I had seen it before I had sent my money.I think they should prove how much they paid for items posted then that would prove it was not the item that I paid for which would have been a lot heavier .

I too was scammed. I orde a wheelbarrow for 9.99 from Ludozo. Now, I should have known better, your not going to get a wheelbarrow for 9.99. But I was hoping like the rest of you to get a good deal. I did however received a fingernail file set worth maybe 1.00 from Ludozo. Wasn't sure why I got that, seeing I didn't order it. I guess it was so Paypal wouldn't refund my money. After reading some of the reviews, I understand what happened. I was SCAMED. I learned a valuable lesson. Read the reviews first before ordering anything from someone you don't know. I will never do this again and I hope this review will help shut Ludozo down.

Omg please please !! Don’t buy from this company I’ve been totally ripped off . I ordered a memory pillow and what came in the post is just laughable. I just wish I could up load a picture of the poor excuse of a pillow they sent me . It’s not even big enough for a child to use . It’s a nasty poorly made thing that you would buy from some cheap
Store . I emailed the company and sent them the picture and told them I want a full refund witch they told me I couldn’t have and if I wanted to send it back it would cost me $20
!! The pillow they sent isn’t even worth $1 !! .. well I’ve sent them 4 very angry emails witch they are offering me %30 refund !! I told them to poke it and I will be giving them a very bad review and how they are a bunch of con artist and giving false advertisement.. I was really mad at first but now I just have to laugh .. well my dog now has a new pillow that he wasn’t impressed with so chewed it up lol

I ordered a suitcase from them which I saw on their Facebook ad at the end I did not receive anything I do not recommend this site because it is simply thieves, once it has scammed a lot of people he changed site and name and reboot he will always do the same thing and as he is based in China no one can stop him we must report these sites and people who are from China because honest people paid the price strong because of them.

Before buying on a foreign site always checked the reviews because they are his qualms these people

I received a toy skipping rope instead of the 19.98 picnic table I ordered. Thankfully, after literally weeks of back and forth with PayPal, the case was resolved in my favour this morning. It wasn't about the money but the principle of not letting these crooks get away with their scam.

I ordered a portable work table months ago and never received it. Put in paypal claim and contacted company who sent me a tracking with proof of delivery. now realise I received a plastic ipad stand worth pennies from China that I didn't order. Ths is obviously how they scam you. Don't buy from this company EVER.

I want to frigging scream......so i too ordered a scooter for $19.99 months ago just like some of the other reviewers here.. it didnt arrive and the seller/paypal took for ever to respond , complaint lodged 2nd June and final dicision today 15th August. company says they're is a tracking label ....I know ive been ripped off because like a previous reviewer i received a toy car the other day and couldnt understand where it came from other than china. I'm fuming because Paypal has closed the claim just on a hear say that they've sent the original item and they must know what's going on. Im currently on a 20minute phone wait to speak to them ...im not going to let this go albeit for $19.99 ...I want a refund .........paypal have reopened the case and now have my item down as 'Not described' i quoted this site and others dissatisfied with the complaint service.
......several days after writing this review I again get a generic reponse from PayPal saying if i would return the toy car to the seller i would get a full refund...I ask to speak to management and they accept this is not feasible cause of the price and will refund me without the trouble of sending back the ridiculous item sent.
I got my refund in the end you have to speak to management at paypal as going though the system you just get robotic generic responses.

Crooken, stealing company, i wish I had googled them first. I ordered a foldable work bench and 3 months later received an iPad tablet stand. I requested a refund and I was told I would have to return the incorrect item to China at MY EXPENSE. This is 100% their fault, why should I pay a single penny. Shipping the product back would cost more than the transaction so I guess I'm F'ed

I placed an order for a bike on April 15. I have been trying to get a refund since May. The company begs me to wait. its now July 31st and I have nothing. They told me the item was shipped on April 25. I then go back and see that they created a shipping label on June 15. It says it was delivered to my mailbox. My mail box is 2 inches by 2 inches. There is NO way a bike could fit in that. I contacted the company for the 20th time. they just keep giving me the run around. Paypal keeps moving the date back for a decision. Paypal should be held liable or all 400 people that filed claims with them. They KNOW this is happening and are allowing it to continue!

Scammer, ordered a large luggage but received a cheap plastic bag for shoes instead, and the worst is that Paypal is their payment provider enabling them to rob people. Paypal is legally liable as their acquirer but they try to delay a resolution to avoid compensation

Total scammer.. they advertised an expensive product for a very cheap price and claimed to be "closing down". Then sent something totally different.
