I have had several orders from lucy lou boutique and everything has arrived promptly and well packed. I have loved everything I have received but had to return some items as just did not suit me. The clear wedges are fabulous but unfortunately I have wide feet 😢 jumpsuits are amazing as are the magic dresses. Blazers fab too. Nothing to dislike and sizing great x keep it up please.

I called up on Friday to enquire about the floral blazer to ask which store would have it in stock for me to visit and try it on. They shipped both sizes to the Churchtown store and I drove from Manchester and chose the best size for me. I also purchased other items whilst I was there as there were some beautiful clothes. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel welcome. Will definitely be back and joining your live stream to see what's new. Well done ladies, keep up the amazing customer service 👏

I have over 20 of Lucy Lous magic dresses they are so beautiful the patterns and the quality makes each one unique. Every time I wear one I get stopped and asked where I bought it. I've just received an order of another beautiful dress a lovely bardot top and 2 shirts. Keep doing what your doing and here's to my next purchase xx

I can highly recommend Lucy Lou's bouquet. I have bought online and the service is excellent. Prompt arrival and easy to return if needed.
I love the magic dresses the most, but have bought other clothes also.
Yesterday, i took my fist trip to the shop i was not disappointed. Lots of choice and a lovely setup. I enjoyed trying on a number of outfits and come home with a full bag. Staff are amazing so friendly and happy to help x

Fabulous Harlo Jeans.

These jeans are fabulous, they are so comfortable and the the fit is great, I ordered a black pair in the sale I was so impressed I ordered a 2nd pair in black.
I then purchased 2 pairs in blue and my 18 year old asked for a pair.

I have shopped with Lucy Lou boutique for a few years and have always been happy with the clothing I purchased until very recently when I ordered a jumpsuit which arrived but the stitching had all come away at the seam so I contacted Lucy Lou head quarters about a replacement to be told the item was now sold out so I could either receive a discount due to the fault or do a full return. I was keen to keep the jumpsuit so I accepted the discount and got my seamstress to fix the fault however after multiple chasing emails to Diane at Lucy Lou boutique I have never received the discount. This is extremely poor customer service so I shall not be using this retailer again.

First time visiting Southport shop,staff very welcoming and knowledgeable of stock, excellent range of stock, excellent quality and excellent prices, will definitely recommend and can not wait to return again, 😍x

Love the Magic Midi it is very flattering and the material is lovely perfect for my upcoming holiday. The efficiency of the service was second to none, l ordered the on Friday and they arrived Saturday morning brilliant well done to all involved. I highly recommend.

I visited the Churchtown shop. The lady who was working was so lovely, so welcoming and chatty. Its a refreshing change. Even made sure my 9 year daughter was happy and sitting down whilst I tried clothes on. Its nice to have such a enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you.... I also love my clothes 😍 xx

Love this little shop in penwortham, have a look in once a month when l am in the area , always come out with something, love the quality and colours, nice to buy a jumper that doesn't bobble, the girl in shop is lovely x

I stumbled across Lucy Lou’s Boutique by accident in August when a live popped up on Facebook, and my goodness I’m well and truly hooked, I can’t wait for the live’s every week, and I’m absolutely loving all the newness! Excellent mum daughter business . Love the whatching the life’s only visted the shop once in Southport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bought loads on line my wardrobe is full of Lucy Lou clothes. Very good quality and price . Delivery is fast . Would highly recommend them

I stumbled on this company by chance online when Lucy and her mum were hosting a live feed.
It has been a joy to shop with them. Everything I have bought has been excellent quality and has arrived on time.
I have also been lucky enough to buy some of their bundles recently which have been excellent value.
I cannot recommend this family company enough and hope to visit their Southport shop very soon.
