I can thoroughly recommend Lucy Banks! As a nervous patient when I first met Lucy I was immediately comforted by her attention to what result I was wanting from the treatments. From anti aging to subtle beauty tweaks Lucy masters it every time! I have been a regular for over 10 years and consider Lucy as a staple in my beauty routine. Magically Lucy manages to enhance your best bits and hide your worst bits without leaving a trace of having work done!!

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! Professional perfectionist! Listens and advises, to make sure my face is kept natural looking and fresh, as I know others just want to take money and overdo everything. Wanted to improve the aria under the eyes and it was suggested to lift the cheeks in order to freshen around the eyes aria, which we did.
However around the first month after treatment the substance put on the cheeks appeared to be heavy and push the whole lower part of the face down .
The lines around month became deeper.
On the right cheek was put much more substance which totally effected in not good way the symmetry on the face in general.
I was not warned that by putting filler on my cheeks it will affect the whole aria under the cheeks ( which was in a great condition! )
In matter of few months after treatment the lower part of the face was getting worse and was looking forward for those 9months to complete so my face get back to normal which still haven’t and most likely won’t 11 months later.
Was told that the substance inserted doesn’t move and exactly this was the reason why while smiling/ laughing/mimicking the face naturally moves upwards but now this was not possible as the product was not movable so the aria got damaged much faster then in a natural aging process .
In the studio there were only a window from the right side and this was the only source of light to support this kind of serious face treatment ( which I didn’t know in advance was that serious ), no professional lightening at all. A major reason that contributed to not having a proper estimation of maintaining the natural symmetry of the face.

When I contacted the Beautification Specialist few times she was in a total denial and all I got as respond was:

1.Putting the blame on everyone/ everything else except on the way of treatment itself
2.Suggestion for another needle treatment to correct the damage on the lower part of the face ( the aria which was initially perfect. I went there for improving the aria under the eyes ).
3.”I’m sorry you are not happy”

Lucy Banks is a real talent, just remarkable and an absolute joy. Caring, cautious and an absolute genius at her job.

I have been treated by Lucy for several years for many different procedures after experiencing some appalling experiences in the industry from less skilled practitioners. Lucy has unfailing demonstrated discretion and professionalism in her approach and is meticulous in her application of product, fillers and Botox included. I am perplexed by recent comments about her approach to tear trough not least since she alone was able to identify and rectify a botched procedure which had been carried by another clinic some years earlier. Aside from being very cosy effective, she is communicative, responsive and extremely intuitive. I found Lucy Banks via Google and had a consultation with her months ago. I asked her if she could give me a price list for fillers, so she kindly gave me a personalised price list. I then made another appointment with her for tear trough and cheek fillers as I was going away on holiday and wanted to look my best.

A few days later, I had a small bruise under one of my eyes and then I noticed lumps and bumps under both of my eyes, which wasn't something I wanted whilst on holiday! I resembled a chipmunk when I smiled and the lumps under my eyes made me look very unnatural. I didn't want to look like a pillow face, especially as I'm under 40.

I emailed Lucy about my tear trough fillers, but she never replied back. I understand Lucy will not like seeing negative reviews (as no one does), but I felt compelled to share my story to prevent others to suffer the same misfortune as me. Now I must seek a qualified professional to use hyaluronidase to dissolve the fillers. I am more than happy to provide evidence that I was a real client of Lucy Banks to the staff at Trust Pilot or anyone for that matter.

Lucy has been treating me for around 8 years. I am consistently delighted with the sophisticated results she produces time after time. She also makes the whole experience enjoyable because she is hugely knowledgeable, reassuring, warm and genuine. Most recently I received both botox in my forehead and fillers in my lips and tear troughs. The final result was great - very, very natural but incredibly effective - it is always such a massive confidence boost. I could not recommend Lucy more - her aesthetic eye is second to none and she always produces the best results.

Lucy is absolutely fabulous. I have had treatments with her for over two years and have always been really happy with the results each time. She is consultative and considerate and will talk to you about what is right for you based on what you want but also has so much knowledge she will help guide you towards the right choices which may be different to your own idea of what your personal hang ups are but are 100% correct. I have had both botox and filler treatments with her and trust her completely.

I would have continued with her from now and forever if I wasn't leaving the country.. I have actually considered coming back to UK just to see her!

Amen to no B.S. and a genuinely caring bedside manner! Having visited several injectors, Lucy actually talked me out of a couple of injectable treatments I'd been umming and arring about. I had a really nice experience with a natural result that makes all the difference to me but nobody has quizzed me about.
