CASINO DOES NOT PAY OUT - DONT TRUST FAKE REVIEWS
This offshore online casino seems fine until its time to withdraw. I made 6 deposits thru totaling $325 on Jan.8,2026. All were successful and approved. I went on to play in live casino table games.
I won $2603 and wanted to withdraw. I was informed by support to upload ID, Address Verification and Proof of Deposit. Which I sent my passport, my credit card statement and a picture of my deposit history to show the successful transactions. I was verified and received email to confirm this.
After account was verified I requested a withdraw for balance. I was sent a email requesting a selfie which I complied with from a different helpdesk email from luckywins website.
After receiving that email I realized when I on the site every casino game I clicked on was giving an error telling me I don't have access to particular game. I was confused but thought it might be a technical error as agent assured me my account was in good standing and only need to send document and withdraw will be accepted. After sending selfie and requesting new withdraw, the same helpdesk email sent same exact email. After asking support agent what was going on they assured me to wait and everything will be okay. I woke up today and realized when I try to log in it tells me access denied and when speaking to support they told me that decision made to close my account and winnings will not be paid out but did not disclose any details or info. This is very disappointing and a clear sign of shady offshore casino actions as there has been others with same issue getting payout from this online casino. Hopefully I will be able to recover my winnings as this has truly been an inconvenience but they are licensed by "Curacao Gaming Control Board" which seems the reason why they are able to get away with this activity. I will continue to update to see if this issue gets resolved but as of now seemed as I've been scammed.
I HAVE NOT VIOLATED ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVE OR GIVE DETAILS. THIS IS THE METHOD THEY USE TO PREVENT PAYING OUT WINNERS. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION & HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE CURACAO GAMING AUTHORITY.

Had multiple max wins in this casino. I always received my cash outs. The longest wait I had was 13 days, but that was because they had to convert and manually process the withdrawal.
The only con is that they just renewed their user interface and the site feels more laggy from a smartphone.
