Best Mechanic in Rotorua I have ever had

Best Mechanic in Rotorua I have ever found. They highly trained, efficient, and provide high quality fix to my car at affordable cheap price. Another thing I loved is that they are very friendly, and had excellent customer service.

Recommended to all who want trustworthy and reliable service.

Stay away from this dealership; PLEASE!

Stay away from this dealership; PLEASE, you'll thank me later!!! I was faced with some difficult times and needed a vehicle to get me from point A to point B. I, unfortunately, came across an advertisement and "good reviews" regarding this place, (which I believe to be fake now). So, I decided to go in and do an application. The application process is easy and quicker than I thought possible. 30 minutes in and I was approved and was on to looking at cars. After test driving a few vehicles I found what I thought would be a good fit for me and my small family. Great! I signed the documents and I was on my way home. Day 2, the car started to accelerate and decelerate while running and driving on the freeway, so, it felt like it was galloping or jumping. Later that same afternoon, the vehicle was backing up very slow, as if the engine wasn't getting fuel, then while crossing an intersection the vehicle turned off. Luckily, I was able to get it started again before I was t-boned. Remember, this was the 2ND day of owning this vehicle.

I immediately called the dealership and Austin the salesperson answered the phone. I let him know what's going on and his response was, "but you drove it yesterday and it was fine, and then the vehicle passed all safety and emissions requirements by the state."

Again, I explained what the issues were and that the car was not in good condition to be driven or be sold. He then reminded me that I am ultimately responsible for the vehicle and loan. I replied with the following reaffirmation: You sold me an, "as is" vehicle with a warranty where I have to pay $100 each time it's seen by your technicians. All he said was, "yes". After a few calls and conversations with their financial team, sales manager and Austin, he told me via text that they would take care of me and fix the car and that I would have to bring it in. Day 3, the car is getting worse just trying to drive it to the dealership. It was shaking while on the road, the engine light came on and the panel said traction control turned off, "Service Traction Contron" & "service StabiliTrak". Day 5, I get a text the vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up, and to my surprise they blame all of these issues on the o2 sensors. So, I picked it up and drove 20 miles home. As I was pulling up to my apartment the engine lights came back on! On day 9 (Today 5/12/2021), I took the car back to the dealer for repairs. I spoke to Austin and later with the financing company about the issues and how I was not even able to use the car for work like I was intending and that it would be nice or fair in my opinion that I didn't have to make the first payment since I haven't used the vehicle and have only driven it from the dealer to my apartment and back because of all the repairs. However, they told me that since I signed the contract I am responsible for the payment and they wouldn't work with me. What a rip-off! In Conclusion, this company will not take the vehicle back and cancel the transaction, even though it's not going through an actual bank. They will not exchange the vehicle for another in working condition, and they will not assume any wrongdoing, admit to false advertisement, or waive/skip a payment even though they're the ones that sold me a broken vehicle that was fixed just well enough to get off the lot. Ultimately, my only way out according to my attorney will be to file bankruptcy. Just the thing to help me with my already crappy credit situation! Thank you, Lucky’s Auto Credit,! XOXO

P.S. When I bought the vehicle, they told me that this vehicle was a clean title, however, at this point I have my doubts.
