Very poor poor quality, rubbish customer service.

I can only say that I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Items took weeks to come. There was a difference 6cm in 2 XL between two of the tops - and neither were anywhere near XL. I emailed requesting a returns label. They emailed wanting photos of the items. I sent these and then got an email saying items needed to be sent to China and would not be practical to return and offering me a refund to the value of 15% and I could keep the items. I emailed complaining and now the email has bounced twice. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

The tops I ordered look nothing like the websites. They are very poor quality and one looks like a pyjama top. Very disappointed!!! will not be using this con!!! company again. You have been warned.

I ordered 2 tee shirts in April. One arrived quickly and was really nice. I am still waiting end of June for a refund one the one which turned out to be out of stock. They keep saying your refund is with the finace dept or waiting to be processed. I have now gone to citizens advice with a claim.

I give minus ZERO stars their service. Do not buy anything from these people, I was disgusted by their behaviour. I never received the goods I ordered. After doing my own investigations into what happened and writing many emails to Luckyjoys, still they kept passing the problem. The delivery company Hermes, after many emails, accepted responsibility for losing the package and advised me to get the money via an insurance claim from Luckyjoys. Luckyjoys then offered me 80% (which was little over 50%), items costs me £46.93, they said it was $46.93. There is a big difference between GB pounds and dollars. When I questioned why they had taken £46.93 and now say they have taken a lower amount, they unprofessionally blocked my email account to stop me from emailing them.

I was expecting the worst but loved the look of the daisy cotton blend floral print shirt so I thought I would take a chance. I ordered a very large size XXL (I'm a comfortable UK Large (16) but I've learnt to order crazy over sized clothes from this type of online supplier to get the right size. I was reasonably pleased with the daisy tops and the XXL was just about right but only just. One other top in a different design I received was rubbish, so it really is pot luck what you get. And be warned the linen style dresses that look stunning are NOT LINEN they do state this but we in the UK get so used to expecting what we see in an image that we don't always check the written description and get caught out, you can't do that with this type of Supplier, so be aware!!

Very slow service, truly shocking quality product, all sized differently despite being a size M. Tried to get a refund and all they want do do offer a partial refund, started at 10% then went up to 25%. All because they don’t want the goods back. When pushed, hard, for a refund they say I must post the goods back to China at my expense and put a £2 value on so they don’t get hit for import duties. Every correspondence if from Thea, so I have no idea who is actually talking to me. I kid you not the quality of goods from Primark or a street stall is vastly superior to this rubbish. Please save your money and buy elsewhere, the Instagram adverts are totally misleading and their behaviour is borderline theft. We are having to write off over £80

The dress eventually arrived and it is truly awful! Made of very cheap nylon material. It’s going straight to a charity shop. I suppose it was cheap and I should have known better. Never again!

I ordered a top thinking that at that price I couldn't go wrong. I then read the reviews and decided I probably had. Having heard nothing for 3 weeks I was certain that I had.
What a pleasant surprise then when it did finally reach me. OK it's not haute couture but it is very comfortable, looks OK, and is great value. I shall order again.

I would give this company zero stars if I was able to !!
Brought one dress as I thought it was to good to be true for the value and guess what ...it was !!
If I knew the company was based in China there is no way I would have ordered from them.
The dress I received was a very bad copy ...dreadful material, dreadful cut/shape it looked like a five year old made it.
They use other fashion pictures and try to copy them.....they are fraudsters !!

Dreadful products in the wrong size and nothing like the item as advertised. Their returns offer is a joke. They said the item had to be returned to their returns department in China and they stated that there would be customs duty to pay as well as postage and that obviously would not be refunded. Also refused to provide a UK returns address. Totally disappointed and feel I have been scammed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give this company a negative rating or no stars I would but that's never an option with online reviews. I ordered a nice looking top after being unusually tempted by a pop up ad at the side of a game I was playing. Not long before the item arrived (probably 3 weeks later) I received an email from the company asking how my purchase was. This standard email had been sent to about 40 customers at once and all email addresses were showing in the address bar so everyone's privacy had been breached. The item duly arrived and looked as expected but was a bit too small for me so I emailed Luckyjoys to exchange it. The exchange process is so difficult & expensive that they might as well state that no returns/exchanges are possible. They have offered me a derisory percentage refund even though I asked for 100%. They have not explained why my email address was made public in their initial email and never answer my questions. In short they don't care about customers, and are based in China. I wish I'd read reviews before I bought from them but of course there are no customer reviews on their website. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Very poor service and poor quality clothes. Returns are discouraged by the company who are based in China. I was advised to give the top I ordered to a friend or relative when I tried to return it because it didn’t fit, I was promised a 20% refund weeks ago- still waiting!

I bought a dress, which was supposed to be linen and it came plastic!!!! Don't buy from this website.

Terrible quality
It's a NO from me. I would never have bought any of my items if I had seen them in front of me. I am taking two to the charity shop and keeping one which is a synthetic wool mix. My order took a month to arrive after several emails going backwards and forwards asking where it was. The fabric of two of the items are like printed cheap football shirts.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Bought a 4XL jacket and checked the sizing provided. When it arrived only a 12 year old stick thin child would be able to fit in it!! Half expected the quality to be rubbish but not the size to be so outrageously wrong

I'd have given them no stars if possible. I ordered ten items, all stated on their website as being either 100% cotton or linen. What eventually arrived was a bag full of cheap nylon-like items. No cotton or linen to be found. None of the items had labels to say what they were made of. No washing instructions either, not that I would keep any of them. I emailed asking for the return address to be told they'd give me a 10% refund and I could keep the goods! I wrote back saying I didn't want to keep them, what I wanted was a full refund. Another reply came saying they'd give me a 20% refund. I refused that too and I've now been offered a 30% refund. Shocking customer service. I do wish I'd looked into them before parting with my hard earned cash. I feel so stupid. Prime case of if a deals sounds too good to be true then it is too good to be true!! Don't go near them!

I recently purchased a dress which look fine in picture, when it arrived it was not the. same fabric more like nylon shower curtain. I contacted them for a return and this is. what I got."Hi jerry alexander,
