We recently received excellent service from Lucas Furniture, very impressed. All the staff we dealt with from initial sale to delivery were professional, polite and extremely helpful. When a problem arose with the supplier, Adam, Heather and particularly Kara, each went out of their way to get the issue sorted. Now have my beautiful sofas and couldn't be happier. Thank you Lucas Furniture.

I recently purchased furniture from Lucas Furniture and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was extremely helpful. A special mention to Alistair Framp, who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He took the time to answer all my questions.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. No pushy salesman Adam took us to the furniture we were interested and gave us all the information we needed and then left us to talk.
We phoned up wanting some specific info which could only come from the manufacturer, this was no problem and we received this information. It actually took us another month to decide exactly what we wanted and Adam treated us with the same courtesy on our return. We have been kept up to date with delivery schedules. I have every confidence that we have made the right decision.

Marie Raeburn was very helpful assisting us to select a mattress on 17th May. Everything was smoothly dealt with up to and including efficient delivery by Nigel and Daniel on 15th.June.

Our one minor inconvenience was the early hour of the delivery. As elderly customers we would have preferred a bit later but you seem unable to convey these wishes to your delivery team.

Chloe our salesperson was really knowledgeable about the different mattresses. We had looked in a few stores before but the service was so good we were confident about our choice and the aftersales so far has also been really good. I would recommend this store

Visited this impressive store on Friday looking for a new settee and recliner armchairs. We were warmly greeted by Prasad who was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. After being given all the information we needed and shown all our options Prasad left us to discuss between ourselves. We decided to order the furniture which Prasad efficiently processed for us. Neither my husband nor I enjoy shopping normally but Prasad made it a pleasurable experience. Thank you.

Excellent service from Chloe Stewart with advice when we wanted it and leaving us time to decide.

We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted but Alistair made the last few decisions really easy. Once we had decided to go ahead the purchase process was really easy and updates about the delivery have been prompt. Not had delivery of the item yet but service so far has been great.

Beverley was very helpful in the ordering of my recliner chair. And the options available to me and ran through the delivery process. Lovely store and huge choice.

We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Lucas, and Marie our salesperson. She was incredibly helpful and informative on the day we purchased, kept us in the loop during the wait for manufacture and delivery, and followed up once we received our items. The delivery team Alfie and Roy were also superb, incredibly efficient. All in all a great shopping experience and we will definitely look to return to Lucas when the time comes.

Lucas Furniture has a very good range of beds to choose from. Chloe was excellent in giving us valuable advice and assistance in helping us make our choice.
