With regards to location at 22422 Tomball Pkwy Houston, TX 77070, never will my family order from there again. Always missing items and the last 2 times my Dad ordered Chicken Fried Steak, they did not include gravy and there's more crust then Steak. Sad as Luby's used to be a great place, but not any more!
I placed Order 5242 on Nov. 10th for a physical gift card. I have emailed them three times and called twice. No response. No tracking information available. I was charged over $100 and Lubys has not followed up at all. Please contact me and issue a refund. I'm no longer in need of your services.
luby's is a restaurant chain in a downward spiral. they cater to very old people only. their share price is collapsing.
i found their food bland but still quite expensive. they also have many rules which apply to guests but they do not make those rules public. for example when you order a salad you can only order certain vegetables. when you dare to order red beet for example, the lady behind the counter will get very upset and tell you that you cannot have that. customer service is non-existent. they have a website where you can leave comments but it goes nowhere. avoid and go elsewhere...
