The package arrived in perfect order and well packaged. The container used for the oil is a really nice one and easy to manage whilst in use. Communication was sound by Graham and always kept me up to date with the order. A every easy and simple transaction. A pleasure to do business with and will certainly be returning in the future and would recommend this company to everyone.

I received a customs and VAT bill
I received a customs and VAT bill for a small oil order after it arrived in Belgium, despite the company's website stating that all VAT would be paid at checkout and no extra fees would be due at customs.
I contacted the company and was asked to provide proof of the charges. I delivered the proof and since than they do not responded. I can't recommend ordering from them.

Bpost gives you 2 options:
Option 1: refuse my already paid package.
Option 2: pay and ask i refund of the customs Cost and VAT from the seller.
You re website clearly States the following: If you are charged at the border, we will refund any taxes that we collected. You never Made any intent to refund me.
You made the mistake: and this issue is the sender's responsibility to resolve.

Like we indicated in our e-mail that we sent you. We collected EU VAT at our checkout under the EU IOSS scheme, and included our IOSS registration number in the electronic customs information with your parcel. Belgian Customs have seemingly ignored this and demanded you pay VAT again. I explained that as you are unwilling to contact bPost regarding this, then we were only left with 2 options. You pay the VAT to bPost and we refund you the VAT that you paid to us at our checkout, or you refuse the parcel, and we will issue you a full refund. This is all in accordance with EU rules as laid out by the IOSS scheme, and we are being more than reasonable in following them. If you are unwilling to speak to bPost to explain that VAT has already been collected to see if they will release your parcel with nothing to pay, then these are our only options.
Update : Michael, we emailed you at 17:50, and Trustpilot informs me you left the review at 18:00. At the end of the day, We've done everything we should have done. Belgian customs have made a mistake, I asked you to contact Belgian Customs as we cannot, you refused. I then offered to follow the EU IOSS rules and offered you one of the two options that the EU state I should offer you under these circumstances. You've yet to tell me which option you want. Do you want a full refund, or do you want me to refund the VAT only. We've been more than reasonable dealing with this customs problem, and you've been obstructive in refusing to contact customs (which only you as the recipient can do)
I'm sorry you feel that this is our fault, and that you wanted to switch to discussing this on this platform instead of by email.
Michel, in your updated review you say its up to me to fix the problem. Yes, you're right, but there is one thing I can't do. And that is speak to customs in belgium. Only the importer, you can do that. So because you refused to speak to customs, I have offered to refund you the VAT or refund you in full if you refuse delivery. I have offered you this multiple times, so why do you keep stating that I haven't.

This is an excellent company.
I have bought several products from them including oil for Centec mill and Myford super 7, along with cutting fluid. I recently emailed for information about oil for an old Lorch lathe and received a super email with lots of excellent information and was able to make an informed choice. Website is very informative with machine specific information.
