I am Angela Sidden's mother who she purchased and gave us your TV boxes. We enjoy the streaming when we can use it!! We have a total of 4 boxes. We have had issues for a month now. Customer Service is NONEXISTENT. I have contacted Mark Warrilow via text and email. No response to date. I also sent an email via the website. Also no response. It is hard to belive that a company that provides any type service provides NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very dissatisfied with the customer…

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I have messaged Mark regarding a remote control that doesn’t work properly. I have also purchased and gifted my parents with multiple TV devices and now they are having issues. I provided Mark’s contact information for them to contact him directly. They have made multiple attempts to contact him and have not gotten any response. Between my home and the ones I gifted, I have purchased 6 devices over $2k and can’t get any help.

I purchased a media player from Mark at…

I purchased a media player from Mark at a home remodeling show in Pembroke Pines and was initially impressed with the exhibition. I did not install it for a few days, but when I did, I have been having problems on top on problems with this box. The vod mode appears to be fine, but the live tv mode is absolutely horrible. After about 15 minutes, a maintenance message comes on. On one occasion, the volumr and picture kept goung on and off, just recently, it plays for 10 minutes or so and it automatically redets itself back to the home page. I have left several emails to Mark since May 16 and all have gone unanswered. One of my concerns that I asked Mark was, how is the customer service support? and he assured me it was good. I'm here to say that was far fom the truth. I spent $500 on a box that I can't enjoy and I feel like I was ripped off. He has not attempted to reach out or attempt to resolve my problem. I only wished that I had waited until I read the reviews and it seems that this is happeneing to others as well. It is not my isp because I called them and had an extensive troubleshoot test and nothing was found. Shame on you Mark and your affiliates for taking advantage of hardworking consumers, and offer no support when your devices cease to work properly from what you have promoted as "top of the line" I want my hard earned money returned for "full" services not rendered.

Product is bad

When the service works, it works and it’s a nice experience. That’s the only positive I will say about this product. Customer service is basically nothing. The box is down more than it is up. Remotes don’t want to work at times. I wanted my money back I called the guy with the number and text and email the company and no answer from them at all. It was like they ghosted me. So I’m out 600 bucks. This is just a warning, they are “rated high” with the bbb in the US, personal opinion they probably bought that rating. So just be careful, hope this helps

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. Ok so I paid monthly for a couple of month and it was always hit and miss as it took forever to load up, like 10 minuets before being able to watch anything. However one of the online chat guys convinced me to have multiroom and pay upfront for the year but once I did that the service changed to boom media who Shut the service down so I moved to an independent supplier. The joke of this is I’ve just been sent an invoice from the for €99. Now it appears they have again changed companies or names and still unreachable. It’s a shame as the layout is good but service is appalling

Don't forget your passwords people!

Once again, logged out and can't contact anyone to get a new password. Why hasn't someone created a simple "forgot password" to automatically resend it and create a new one *eyeroll*.
It's not like you get to create it at the beginning either so it's something you remember!

LTQ TV

For the last month this service has hit and miss with them telling you to use a VPN because your cable company is blocking their service. Comes back on and is great but just closes down again and do not give a reason

Bought as a present

Bought as a present. Great for the first 2 days. No premium services after that. Very erratic service. Save your pennies and pay through Sky or Virgin. Costs more ...yes...but a guaranteed service
